Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value
STAY AWAY if you actually value your Land Rover. Their paid reviews stop here. This place knows absolutely nothing about Land Rovers. On top of that, they are the most unprofessional group/shop I've ever come across.

My 03 disco 2 is currently being looked at in the shop. So far this is the best experience I've ever had with any shop in Tucson. Holly has been amazing over the phone and these guys have my full trust already. The people who comment with bad reviews are usually always people who made their experience bad for themselves, or from what I've read, aren't even clients. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother reading the lower rates reviews because there is no information there.

I am in Atlanta and needed a car in Tucson inspected for a potential purchase. The folks here were very responsive, kept me completely informed at every step of the process, and gave me options to get the information I needed about the state of the car while also saving money on inspection costs. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and my only regret is that I don't live in Tucson so that I can continue to do business with them. Cannot recommend them highly enough. A+++

I wish I knew about this shop BEFORE my LR4 had a broken coolant line. Alan is brilliant and would have had us fixed our original coolant lines as a precaution. Unfortunately the other place we took it to, did not tell us how easily they fell. I will never own a Land Rover again, but thank you to falconworks for your expertise and help.

Great Land rover mechanic!... he took the time to tell me over the phone, free advice to get my Land rover started when I was stranded. We are new to Tucson, and have never been to this shop before, but they instantly began helping me. They were so nice and helpful in every way, they saved me from being stranded and getting towed. They definitely know Land rovers. This will be our shop in Tucson now.

Very rude and condescending to their customers. Contacted them on assistance on a gearbox and was met with "we are busy for a number of weeks but bring by". When I dared to ask what good is bringing it in since they stated a "number of weeks" was met with attitude. A number of weeks what does that mean? Needed fixed for upcoming car show not to sit in there shop and not be worked on for weeks/months. They didn't want to assist in any way and made comment that since I dared to change gaskets I had messed it up. Anyone who has ever worked on a Triumph or a similar gearbox

Called the shop to ask if they could install a plug and play valve control for an Alfa Romeo. The woman on the phone sounded clueless. I attempted to give her the name of the component so they could look it up but she wasn't interested. Eventually, she asked someone else if it could be done. A minute later, she told me they wouldn't do it. When I curiously asked her why not (since it's a relatively simple procedure), she first said that they were busy (even though she never asked me if I wanted it done right away or if I could wait - which I could've); then, she stated that

I was very disappointed in the lack of knowledge by this shop, the dialogue I had with them made me feel like it was a learning experience for them working on a newer land rover that was still under warranty. I later returned and was charged for unnecessary work, given the choice between falconworks or royal just bite the bullet and drive up to the phoenix area, many reputable choices there.

Two years later and Al & Co at Falconworks continue to impress and completely spoil us for any other mechanic. We now take all our cars here to do any sort of work needed. The staff has been nothing but upfront, helpful and understanding, and we have zero complaints.
As for the reason behind the update, my boyfriend loves unique cars and has a hard time finding a good mechanic to deal with them. We started bringing all of them to Al and he not only gives us great work, but seems to love doing it too. We recently picked up a new 'project' in the form of an old FJ55. From top
