Those I work with are usually driven professionals looking to examine and to possibly change various areas of their lives that are not working well for them currently. Sometimes this shows up in the form of either Perfectionism or Imposter Syndrome. If you are feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed and are looking for support to cope better with these challenges, I might be the right therapist for you.
In session, you can expect to be able to voice concerns, struggles and frustrations without fear that you will be judged or criticized for your feelings. We will also set specific goals and work towards them. As a therapist who also works as a Leadership, Career and Communication Coach, I like to find tools for symptom relief, in addition to talking about what is bothering you.

Services
I work with driven professionals and couples on many different concerns they bring to our sessions. Anxiety and Depression: Feeling constantly worried or overwhelmed can take a toll on your life, relationships and even health. Working with Cognitive Behavioral (or CBT) interventions can improve these feelings for some.
No, I am considered an out of network insurance provider but can provide a superbill (receipt for payment) that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Sessions are 50 minutes long. Therapy often works best when we can meet weekly, especially in the beginning, to create some real momentum towards lasting change.

I've had the pleasure of working with Kealy professionally. She led a networking group I was in and was very sincere, thoughtful, and had great insights that showcased her education and work in psychotherapy. She was personable and made everyone feel comfortable to speak their mind. She kept the conversation engaging and fun. Would 100% recommend her to a friend needing some guidance.

Kealy is a wonderful, trusted colleague of mine and I want to recommend her as a great therapist for millennials! That's really her specialty. She is smart, highly educated, and reliable- and she really helps people to feel understood and supported. Her background and education in communication and coaching also mean she's got the skills to help those who need guidance with life balance and self expression. I've trusted her with professional consultation and always benefited from it.

I've worked with Kealy Spring professionally. She is wonderful! I consider her to be dedicated, consistent, kind, and helpful. She finds humor in situations when it is appropriate and can always get the work done. She can find solutions and think outside the box. I would definitely recommend Kealy as a therapist!

This will be a slightly less traditional review in that I work with Kealy in a capacity other than psychotherapy. I've been working with Kealy as her personal trainer since February 2016. As a personal trainer, I develop intimate relationships with my clients in an effort to design the best programs for their specific needs. I know about the lives of the people I work with and they know about mine. Kealy is empathic, responsible and dedicated to her work. She goes above and beyond for her work by being an active member of the psychotherapy community and belonging to work-related groups
