It's so unfortunate that the company is no longer available 24 hours. Some people work late or overnight. It's not right and it's such an inconvenience to the customers. It would be wise to hire more drivers to better serve the customers unless they're not interested in making money. The company is losing money because their customers are going elsewhere to get service. They don't see it now, but they will continue to lose customers (money) if they can't provide the services that the community needs.

I was a long time silver cab user (several years). It such an inconvenience that:
1.They're no longer 24 hours
2. I never know what hours they ARE running (hours change day by day).
3. I need reliable service that I don't have to worry about or when they're running. I'm a visually impaired person, and I was using cab service at night because I usually work late in the evenings or into the early mornings. I can't see in the dark at all, and the fact that I didn't have any available options, I ended up walking home in the dark. For someone who would be considered disabled, that's completely unacceptable

Service completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against patronizing this business. I called this company the night before I needed a taxi service to ask if they could do a round trip for my son and my aunt ( a senior ) to get my child to school on time. I asked for a pickup time of no later than 7 20 am to get him to school that was 30 minutes away. School starts at 8 15. Andy confirmed the time, gave an estimate of $ 70 and was given my address. He arrived at 7 47 for a 7 20 pickup and did not get my son to school until 8 30. He argued with my aunt regarding which school entrance to use and

Never had the chance to use them because they brushed me off. My son was enrolled in school this summer which would have been a 5 week 6 mile commute in the morning and in the afternoon which equates to roughly 750.00 for the time he was in school. I like supporting small businesses because I am also a small business owner but through several attempts to set up arrangements and lack of return phone calls I had no choice but to go to the competition that's running taxi companies out of business (Lyft and uber), if you couldn't accommodate my schedule it would have been better to say it up front

The only time I have ever used a taxi service. Angie picked me up within 5 minutes, she was nice and pleasant. The car was clean and I was charged a fair price. A few hours later had her pick me up again and the same great service. The owner guy who answered the phone had a foreign accent and was a little difficult to understand. But overall I was very please.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My senior father called this company for transport to a medical appointment today around 2:20-2:30 p.m. A cab NEVER came. My father even called several times to check on the status of his cab and was told that the cab was on their way. I called the company to speak with a supervisor, of course no supervisor was not available and someone named "Andy" said they would return my call in 30 minutes. I informed "Andy" if I did not get a call back in 30 minutes I would be notifying the Taxicab Commission, as this is a frequent issue

Service was from Waldorf to Bryans Rd. Driver was courteous and professional and downright pleasant. I wish all drivers on the road were as attentive as he was. He drove the speed limit - stayed in the right lane excet to pass - after passing he moved back into the right. I wish all drivers would drive with as much sense. Finally I would ride with my driver in any of the DMV areas. Thank you Silver Taxi Cab Service!

DON'T KNOW WHY MY ADDRESS IS SHOWING ON HERE AS SAN FRANCISCO, I AM LIVING IN WALDORF, MARYLAND: On 22nd Jan 19, I called at 7:00am to reserve a pick from my home in Brandywine MD, to the court house in LaPlata, driver did not show up for my pickup until 8:45am after about 5 different phone calls with me frantically asking where is the driver. I paid the crook with my debit card and requested a receipt, he replied, even if you pay with a credit or debit card you don't not need a receipt, me being late & very disappointed with this crook, I hurried cross the street to my appointment

So unprofessional from the owner down to some of the drivers. I called asked for a pick up driver calls me back says 15 mins half hour goes by i call the drive back and ask are you still coming sir he says whatever and hangs up. Some of the drivers are nice some need to be fired. Also they need to work on punctuality. Overall i would not recommend using this service.

If someone orders a cab, they clearly need one. I put in a request for a cab to take me from a location about 25 miles from where I was, close to the headquarters of this company (so they should be familiar with the area). I received a text(unprofessional) from the dispatcher asking for the address, after clearly giving an internet request with the business address, and destination. I was told there was a 45 minute wait. An hour after this wait time, I called back to inquire a. Do received no clear answer. I received another call 15 minutes later from another driver to confirm the cab request.

Zero stars. I got picked up from a late movie and the driver drove around in circles in the mall parking lot saying different ways were faster and then acted like they didn't know other ways were closed off, while the fare continued to rack up. Then she took a wrong turn and eventually made a U-turn. Finally when we got to our destination, she took my $20.00 for a $10.50 fare and said she only had $7.00 for my change but that she could run to the store to get more money, effectively stealing a tip on top of the inflated fare. If i could give half a star, i would. Two days in a row I called for a taxi to take my daughter to work. And two days we were left stranded. The first day, when i called to ask where the driver was, the owner himself had to leave to come and pick her up. She made it to her job with literally one minute to spare. The second day, the same guy took the initial call and said he'd be there. 10 minutes after the time he said he would be here, i called and a lady answered. I wish I had read these reviews before using this company. I called to arrange an early morning pickup for my family to the airport. The first person I spoke to took my information down and said someone else would call me back in a few minutes with pricing. After not receiving a call back, I called later that day to get the price and was told $80 since they were 10 pieces of luggage, at this point I specifically asked if the pickup was confirmed, the person 'confirmed' it. The day before the scheduled pickup I called again to confirm, and this person (could barely understand him)

The rudest service people ever! I called to get a cab from southern Maryland to DC. The man on the phone told me "you can rent a car" and that was it. He did not have the courtesy to say he is unable to do the job or not available at the time, etc.
I wonder if they are a real business or just some cover up business?

I called and arranged local transportation in the Charles County area for a set price and time. 20 minutes past the pickup time, I called to check and they said it would be another 20 minutes. If they were honest up front, I would have made other arrangements. I ended up using Yellow Cab from Waldorf, which is more up front about realistic pickup times and easier to talk to. Try calling Silver and you will see what I am talking about!

I had a flight at 6:30am at BWI and tried to book a 4am cab the day before. Waldorf Silver cab is the nearest cab company from my address so I decided to go with them assuming they should know the area well. I filled out a reservation form but did not get a confirmation email, so I called and the person answering the phone said yes we have your reservation and we will see you at 4.

4:10--the cab didn't come so I called, and was told that the driver
