Our primary goal is to provide quality medical care which is easily accessible and responsive to you. Our staff includes a comprehensive team of professionals who will consistently strive to exceed your expectations. Dr. Emmy Oji is the only podiatrist in Fresno to be accredited to perform STAR total ankle replacements and doctor of choice for utilizing the internal brace system for ankle instability.
My husband Frank Blankenship went to four different doctors before going to Dr. Emmy. One look and Dr. Emmy knew the problem and described the procedure that was needed to fix the issue. Dr. Emmy is very professional and to the point. Fresno County is lucky to have a surgeon like Dr. Oji. I know of no one I would trust more.

A bony protrusion at the big toe joint (1st metatarsophalangeal joint), which occurs over time and may or may not be painful. A similar protrusion can occur on the outside of the foot on the little toe (5th metatarsophalangeal joint). This type of deformity is called a "bunionette, " and it may or may not be painful.
Excessive pressure can lead to a callus which can form beneath weight-bearing and bony areas of the foot. This causes thick, hardened layers of skin to develop. Consult with your Valley Foot and Ankle Specialty Podiatrist for evaluation and discussion on the root cause of your pain. Depending on the root cause, surgical intervention may be the correct treatment.

First time at their office. Went in for consult. Dr. Gan Golsheyn was extremely patient and understanding with all my concerns and questions. He never interrupted. In no way did I feel pressured to make a decisions with my health ailment right away. He gave me options. He explained everything in detail. I felt "heard" when I spoke. He is new but experienced.

I had suffered for over 30 years with a very stiff and painful arthritic ankle. The pain level on a scale from 1-10 was a constant 9.5. Dr Oji from Valley Foot and Ankle operated on it and the next day all of the pain was gone. The pain that was a result of surgery was so minimal compared to the pain I had been living with I didn’t even need pain medicine. I was walking on it the next day. (Don’t tell Dr. Oji. I was supposed to stay off of it for 6 weeks.) I would give Valley Foot and Ankle 6 stars if I could!

Female African American Dr. So rude! Wasted my time ! Evaluated my foot , took a Xray then sent me for an MRI. I went back today after a month and she came in the exam room rolling her eyes and complaining about the radiologist, stating the MRI didn’t tell her shi* and didn’t give her the answers she needed, she also stayed she wanted to send me to someone else that she can’t fix my toe. I asked her well don’t you do surgeries , she said yes but I can’t help you. I asked why and she said it’s none of your business and took my chart and stormed out of the room and went to the receptionist

Dr. Oji was amazing throughout this process. I had to have ankle surgery and I have had significantly less pain since surgery (after recovery of course) than I did before. I have had my ankle repaired before and didn't feel this good. The office can be a little backed up during visits so sometimes there is a bit if a wait to be seen, but it was definitely worth it. I'm very glad I found him. Dr. Moy was also very nice and attentive when I saw him for my first visit.

Horrible. Was asked to remove both shoes and socks. Waited 25 minutes in a procedure room only to have some guy come in and check my right foot for about 30 seconds. Suggested I do stretching. They didn't even look at my X rays that were taken by my primary. That was the easiest 20$ they made.
They never answer the phone. Always an answering machine.
Don't waste your time here.
