Dr. Tyson Gundersen graduated from Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry. During his studies, Dr. Gundersen was selected to participate in honors endodontics and honors orthodontics and clinical hypnosis courses.
Outside of his coursework, he spent much of his time engaged in community outreach programs such as Celebration of Smiles, Give Kids a Smile and Medical Teams International, where he provided complimentary dental services to underserved children and adults in the Portland, Oregon, area.

In my 28 years on this planet I have Hated going to the dentist every time.But there’s a first for everything. I actually don’t mind being at the dentist when I am in the hands of these fine people.they are very professional and upfront about costs every time I visit. Also, they’re very understanding of people like me who have dentophobia.(google says that’s the word for ‘fear of dentist’) they’re an awesome little family of dental professionals and I highly recommend to anyone:)

New in town, I called several dentist offices looking for a dentist that could help me with a freshly broken crown. From the first phone call, Christy made me feel important. She was friendly, knowledgeable and energetic. I had a special Insurance related concern and she was able to put me at ease and with a limited schedule, was able to get me right in. I haven’t seen a dentist in a handful of years and am struggling with a lot of decay. I was happy to be treated by an amazing hygienist, who had great conversation and was extremely nonjudgmental towards the state of my mouth. And the dentist was just as kind. Very professional and they both were understanding of my anxiety. Glad to have chose Silver Creek to come to after all these years of not having a dentist. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient since they took over for Dr Lowney and I have always been absolutely pleased 😀 the entire staff Kind and empathetic. Dr G’s work is nothing less than fabulous.
