Services
At your child's first dental visit with us our goal is to get to know you and your child and give them the best experience possible! We will take our time to allow your child get to know us, our staff and get acquainted with our kid-friendly office. We will review your child's health history, dental history and risk factors for cavities.
If you would like to type in the PDF template, it works best to open it with Adobe Reader. You can email, fax or mail the referral form to us. It may be helpful to print a copy for the parent/caregiver because it has a map included to help them find our office. If you would prefer paper carbon copy forms for your records, we would be happy to get those to you.
Our schedule alternates as Monday-Thursday one week and Tuesday-Friday the next week, so that we are conveniently available for our patients' and parents' schedules. We are located on the top floor of the Westside Professional Building to the west of St. James Hospital (across the street from the playground at Chester Steele Park).

My daughter has been going here for about the last 6 years and she is now almost 14 years old. Dr. Lindsey and Ryan are so great with kids, They take the time to make your children and the parents comfortable, along with their staff. They work with you on your preferences for treatment. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to take your children in the Butte, MT area.

Ryan and Lindsey are fantastic. They are friendly, and knowledgeable. My son was very nervous, Dr. Lindsey got down on his level and spoke directly to him, helping to calm his fears. Great experience every time. the entire office is friendly and really care about us as people, not just patients.
An Update! 2-26-21 My 13-year-old, continues to have anxiety around anything medical. Dr. Lindsey once again helped ease his fears. After the whole thing was finished, my son told me Dr. Lindsey is Really Awesome... I didn't feel anything!

Let me tell you about this amazing team of people!!!!! My twins have had the most amazing care. I called Dr Lindsey before the office officially even opened and she answered all my questions. They have been seeing my boys since they were about 1 year old they are now 5. They look forward to going to dentist and absolutely adore everyone there. The whole staff is so welcoming warm and friendly. They have become more like family.

I am very pleased whenever I take my daughter to this dental clinic! They really do offer a great service to Butte. They have always been on time for our appointments (sometimes to the dismay of my daughter who'd rather play in their great waiting room - they have a cute little playhouse, lots of books, kids' movies playing). I also really appreciate their text appointment reminder system. And I can't leave out their staff...super friendly and very informative. No hesitation or apprehension when coming here...love them!
