Cannot express how great it was working with Kent. He was so patient, understood our needs, stuck within our budget and had a strong knowledge of the reality of permitting and making changes to houses in LA. He also helped guide us through the inspection period with a vast understanding of what issues may occur depending on the location of the house. Unlike most realtors, he did not push to close a deal quickly but prioritized our needs.
