From the time I called and untill Amber showed up to do the inspection,; everyone and their IT system made scheduling the appointment easy to fit my schedule. The day of the inspection I again received a text reminder, and Amber was right on time. She did an excellent job of explaining how termites attack. How we can prevent them; and if we did get termites how they would me treated. She never tried to sell me extras but made sure we were educated to make a responsible choice, not a fear choice. I found the level of communication, quality of work, and pricing is fantastic. They are very respectful and even came out on a Saturday to handle a pack rat for us. I whole heartedly recommend this awesome company!
