This office is terrible!!!!! There’s absolutely No compassion arrived at my appointment EARLY to wait for three hours, after being checked in and the ONLY person in the waiting room I was told I could come back, that I had only been waiting 3hrs I couldn’t believe what I had just heard, i then spoke with the doctor I expressed I was displeased with the service I had received I would like a cash refund, she then stated we don’t do refunds, her assistant Peter then come from the back and slam my change and receipt on the counter that I had to ASK for, I was also blown away when the doctor started

My name is Belinda Collins,10/27/21 I went to Parthenon Medical for pain management. I arrived their at 3:30pm it was 7:15pm when Dr. Laura Baker came in the room with her assistant Antonella to discuss a treatment plan, we all agreed on one. I waited until the following morning to pick up my scripts only to find out Parthenon Medical didn't send my meds in's I called the office and the pharmacy called also "NO ANSWER" then after leaving 2 messages they called in 2 prescriptions Which was the wrong prescriptions. Call Parthenon Medical back after several attempts in 48 hours Antonella finally called

The service has been great these last several time. I am grateful that they are accommodating to my demanding job schedule, with changing appointments at the last minute to prescriptions filled quickly or early to catch a out of country flight. Having a busy lifestyle as many can relate I would recommend Parthenon medical center. Thanks , Keep up the good work.

I would not go there at all I gave Dr. Baker three hundred and fifty dollars, I was waiting to see the Dr Baker and front desk came to me and asked if Dr Baker could call me at four clock that day I said ok went home nobody has called me yet and it's been three weeks. Dr Baker called me back and cleared up the misunderstanding thank you

My husband and I have been with Parthenon since she opened her practice. Ms Baker is a very involved an continuing to find more new ways to help her patients. Dr. Carvanale is wonderful also. The staff is great. On site psychologist. Offer high quality supplements. Can't mention everyone but Peter even when he's overwhelmed he is so polite and does what he can to help resolve issues. I have never considered going anywhere else.

Great Doctors, great staff. Doctors Baker and Carnevale are very professional and very knowledgeable, they have taken the time to listen and address any problems I had ever had, Quality of service is unsurpassed.
