For close to three decades, Dr. Randolph has been internationally recognized as a medical pioneer in the fields of anti-aging medicine, hormone health for women and men, as well as gynecology and urogynecology for women. Today Dr. Randolph divides his time between speaking to physician groups across the country and seeing patients in his medical practice in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

I love Dr. Byers and she was so kind on both my visits, but this place charged me for a procedure they knew my insurance considered experimental and not covered by my insurance and didn’t tell me until I got a bill for it 2 weeks later. My insurance even said they most likely knew and should have gave me a heads up.

I called Dr Randolph and explained that I didnt have health insurance and would like to get a Pellet. The doctor rep explained that I would need to have blood drawn and that they provide that service for $35. When I finished my appointment the doctor office explained that blood fee for people without insurance is $400. I explained that the office misquoted me over the phone and must have given me the rate for people with insurance and that my office visit for today was $200. Friendly at first glance but when you call with a problem they pass the buck and no one ever calls you back. I experienced serious side effects from the medication prescribed and called to find out if I should stop, take less or continue ---no one got back to me. Called several times. Finally went elsewhere for help.

Yesterday I had my second appointment with Steven Garces. I wish Steven would make himself available for private consulting in other areas of medicine I feel like I could learn so much from him. I have a natural eagerness to learn and understand everything around me. I often feel like my curiosity is misunderstood or discounted when communicating with medical staff. This is not the case with Steven. Steven is NOT pre-occupied with checking me off his task list so he can rush on to the next client. Steven explains things in a way that I can understand and relate to. He is also not afraid to go off

If I could rate this office's practice higher I would! Everyone is very nice and patient. They are quick with paperwork and I did not even have to wait long at all in the waiting room. They took me right back not even five minutes after I arrived. I would highly recommend Nicole Thomas. She made me feel extremely comfortable, she was very confident in her opinions and thoughts which is always reassuring!

Absolutely amazing experience here!!! We were immediately greeted upon walking into the office, & spent very little time waiting. Everyone treated my wife & I with care & respect. Steven Garces was amazing, he took his time & made sure to be as thorough as he could. He made us feel very welcome & taken care of. I scheduled an appt with this office after having been to 4 other doctors now for what I suspected to be a subclinical thyroid issue that I've been struggling with for 5 years.
