Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Tomlin graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina. His background includes a three-year residency in Family Medicine, experience as an instructor in a Family Medicine residency program and thirty years clinical experience as a Family Physician.
Currently serving as the Medical Director of Ponte Vedra Medical Center, Dr. Tomlin provides PREMIER MEMBERSHIP health care for patients of all ages and conditions.This new level of service enables Dr. Tomlin to provide more personalized focused care. Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Till graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine.

The doctors and office staff are typically very good at this location. However, today I was treated very unprofessionally by one of the nurses here. I would no longer recommend this facility and my family has been coming here for over 6 years. I left feeling very unsatisfied with my experience. Extremely disappointed!

This clinic is great! I love how the front desk staff is so welcoming when me and my family first walk in. The nurses are always intelligent and kind. And I have seen two of the physicians as well as the podiatrist and had positive experiences with all of them. I really feel like they care and I believe they do by their actions. IMO, there is no better clinic in the Ponte Vedra area to take care of your medical needs.
