Dr. Truesdale is great and has taken care of me for multiple different situations however I don't feel like my concerns are ever truly considered. There is always some type of disconnect between her and the administrative people in her office.....Messages not being passed along, calls not being made, appointments not being mad, etc. etc.....She's a great BLACK DENTIST however that administrative team, complete trash. Smh. Also, make sure your insurance is accepted as well as the prices of things are clear before getting any work done (I've had multiple issues with that too).

I can’t recommend this place to anyone. I had 3 cavities filled back in December and ever since then my bite has been misaligned and I’ve experienced MUCH more pain than before the fillings. Too much composite was put in during my first visit and it made it so that I could not close my teeth all the way or chew on my left side without sharp pains. When I called about the problem the next day they got me right in to take away some of the excess composite but this still did not fix it. After that appointment I still could not eat properly and when I called back for the second time I couldn’t

This was my first time at Innovation Dental and I am absolutely blown away! Dr. Trousdale was amazing and everyone in the office was so sweet and professional. Dr. Trousdale really took her time to evaluate my teeth, potential problems, and gave me the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had. I would recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore area! Definitely my new permanent dentist!

Today was my first visit with Dr. Truesdale, she came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. I've had the same family dentist for several years, and they are a very pleasant group of people. But I can not say that I've ever had an experience like today. I truly appreciate the time she took at the end of the appointment to educate me on my personal oral health. Answering every question and making sure I understood everything before I left. I think I've found our new dental home.

Dr. Truesdale is very genuine and has a calming demeanor. Polite and professional. Clean office. Olga (dental assistant I believe) sweet, gentle and patient as well. The office in the office portion of an apartment building. I was a little turned around getting there, but once explained very simple. Definitely keeping her as my dentist.

Innovation Dental is an awesome practice that cares for my entire family. We have only had positive experiences and appreciate the time and concern that Dr. Truesdale gives to each of her patients. She and her team also take extra steps to put the patient at ease and thoroughly educate before beginning any procedures from x rays to extractions!
