They are a family owned and operated company since 1972 providing friendly and courteous services quickly and efficiently. I am writing in regards to your overall service organization. I am also in the service industry for 25 years now. It is all too often that people only call/write after services performed when there is a complaint. I am writing to express my total satisfaction in Neshaminy Collision. Not only did your company do a great job, but they went over and above and pulled a bumper dent out at no charge.
To better assist you we have answered a number of questions below related to insurance, repair, and other matters. We hope you will find these answers beneficial. My insurance company wants me to bring my vehicle to their claims center for an appraisal. Do I have to do this? The choice is yours. Your insurance company cannot require you to have your vehicle repaired at a specific repair shop.

I have had two occasions to use Neshaminy Auto Body for my 2012 Acura. Once for a minor front bumper issue, and again for a collision issue that was pretty severe. On both occasions, Neshaminy Auto Body provided top notch repair and painting services, and returned my car to me in a "like new" condition. No muss, no fuss, just good solid repair work. Should I ever need auto body work again, I won't take my car to anyone else.

I highly recommend Neshaminy Collision! My husband and I had a string of accidents/fender benders at the end of 2020 and beginning of 2021 and Josh and Nick took amazing care of us. They were in the process of fixing my car and provided me with a loaner. I got a flat tire heading to the shop to pick up my car. This was after a snow storm and TWO tow truck companies cancelled on me. I was so distraught after being stranded at a gas station for hours. A few months after getting my new car, a stone hit the hood of the car and put a nice sized dent in the hood of my car. Josh and Neshaminy Auto took care of this and when I got it back it was as good as new! If you need an honest, reliable body shop, please don't look any further! Josh and his guys are the best!
