My entire family and I go here whenever we need any help in our vehicles. They have always immediately helped us! They are beyond honest and won't over charge you on anything. Once I was even told it wasn't worth fixing a certain park of my car because it was too old. The honesty from both the brothers just amazes me.

I have been using Twin’s Auto for the last few years and their legendary customer service is remarkable. I have had a ton of mechanic shops and as a women we all know we can get taking advantage of in this aspect or so assumed anyway. I needed a new mechanic and after reading all the positive reviews I decided to go here. I do not regret it! They are honest, fair, super helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone. My Mother and Grandmother will now be using them also! :)

These mechanics guy are very honest. It's hard to find a good mechanics these days. I been there twice and they are honest both time . I was impressed. They responded to my voicemail on a SUNDAY (even though they were actually closed!) The first time I went, I left with a smile on my face, they treated me well, we had great conversation and laughs, and they have a friendly outdoor kitty that greated me too (LOL)! LADIES - you can trust them if you go to the mechanic alone, you wont feel like they are patronizing you or ripping you off! And that is SO important to me. Every experience I have at Twin's has been excellent. The brothers are excellent at their jobs, and they are extremely upfront and honest about my car's maintenance, even when it does not necessarily benefit them.
I come here regularly for my yearly inspections and bigger repairs - they helped me out with fixing my A/C dial twice, and they didn't charge me either time.
The waiting area is a little bit small and somewhat noisy, so I usually drop off my car and pick it up later, but I don't mind sticking around when it's a smaller problem with my car.
I would 100% recommend

These brothers are not just great mechanics they are great people and we are so grateful we found them. My sister gave me her old car after she moved to Manhattan. It drives well but I had trouble passing inspection due to that pesky CEL. She said she changed it many times in the last 5 years and it always came back on a day or so after changing it even though there were no drivability issues. No mechanic could explain why.

I have been a customer here for over a decade, and I don't have any plans to go anywhere else. The owners are honest and friendly, the service is professional and efficient, and I have never been disappointed! They very often do small things free of charge for me, and sometimes give a discount on labor. Honestly, this place is just the best, and i would never trust anyone else with my car.

I commute from South Philly to receive service from them. I finally found a honest auto mechanic and I am reluctantly sharing them with the world. Honest guys and worth the trip. In fact- every time I am there- i meet a fellow customer who also travels a significant distance to receive service from them...they are that well regarded. Once I went in for routine work and they found a slow leak in one tire. They plugged the leak at no charge!

My father and I have been going to Al and Lou for years ( and my old man is not an easy guy to please ). The reason? They are whole-heartedly honest men with a lot of integrity and so forth, honesty... and their work is quality! I brought my 2012 BMW to them since it was having severe battery issues, and they were very clear, accommodating, and professional in resolving the issue.. I even had the do my emissions and inspections tests. They're the only guys I feel 100% confident about going to, and I will continue going to them for years to come. Thanks guys!

I took my son's car to Twins because the check engine light was on. Al was very polite and professional and even did a free scan for me. He advised that it was something minor that caused the check engine light to come on and that there was nothing to worry about. It was very refreshing to go into an establishment that is so friendly, honest, and professional. This will be the place I will go to for any future repairs!!! I highly recommend them

The service, friendliness, and integrity these guys have go above and beyond any other automotive shop I have ever been to. Al was even nice enough to personally drive me to philly when I dropped my car off with them and pick me up. They are extremely meticulous with their work and treat every client like family. A very family friendly business, would highly reccomend. I will certainly be going back if I ever need an honest opinion about my car.

If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would! They really are an old fashioned service center. They go above and beyond in everything they do. They have come out to my house to diagnose the car, they have dropped it off when done. I do live close to them, but it doesn't matter-no other place these days would do that. They always have time to talk-whether its to explain things, or "just" social talk. I am so happy someone recommended them to me!

By far and away the most honest and thorough mechanics I have ever used. They are extremely fair in their pricing and go out of their way to save you money on repairs. I have used them for eight years and always felt that they had my best interests in mind which is very different from past experiences with other auto repair shops.
