You can not find a better place than RPM to take your vehicle. They are THE MOST HONEST mechanics anywhere. They do GREAT WORK and are very fair with their pricing. I have been going to them for a few years now and it is ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE from the moment I call them to the time I pick my car up. I love these guys. I won't take my car anywhere else since I found them !

I work for an auto repair shop but unfortunately we do not do alignment jobs so we sometimes need that service & have to send cars to shops who are equipped..well these guys are our “Go To’s” because the job is done right, the price is more than reasonable & I’ve always dealt with someone who is courteous & professional! Update: Jason called me and offered to share the video showing the proper torqueing of the lug nuts as well as cover replacement of the studs and lug nuts free of charge. Jason explained what most likely happened and made it right.
I will continue supporting this business as they are looking out for their customers.

These guys were a recommended installer from Discount Tire. I took my car here to get tires I ordered from Discount Tire installed. This would probably be a higher review if my front passenger tire didn't almost come off on the highway on a long road trip.

I've been meaning to write this review for over a year. My mother moved to Pennsylvania a year ago from a state which did not require car inspections, so we had to take our car for an inspection at RPM auto. They inspected it and initially the car failed the inspection due to a few safety issues. They listed the issues and answered all of my questions about replacing those parts. I brought the car home and, over the course of a week, fixed all of the issues except for an electrical issue. I brought the car back to them and paid them to diagnose and fix the electrical issue. Went in to get ball joints replaced on my ancient crown vic, I was so excited when Jason said they could get me right in (it was a wed am), within an hour and a half or so I got a call that the job was done! (Amazing!) Yesterday, I just needed a professional opinion about a few things that seemed off (I know nothing about cars let alone a 21 year old crown vic I just purchased a few months ago) - They took a look and again within about an hour I received the call it was good to go.. FREE OF CHARGE! Overall I would say great customer service, speedy service, honest mechanics!
