A: Many owners that we have had experience with, just do not understand the Section 8 process. We will be more than glad to explain the process so that you can decide whether the process is something that you are willing to undergo. A: You do get to see the lease. You have two options, our company's Broker can sign it on your behalf, or you can choose to sign the lease.
You must complete and sign a rental application and pay a non-refundable application Fee, complete a tenant screening and be approved. A: Your security deposit and rent will be separate accounting charges. Upon application approval, we require a non-refundable reservation fee equivalent to your security deposit.
