All modalities and techniques can be incorporated into your session. We will discuss what your goal is before the session to determine the appropriate plan of action. All pricing is based on the duration of time, unless listed below.
The following is a list of what might be added into your session: an essential oil, hot stones, massage cupping, use of the 5 therapy mat, RockBlades, Rocktape, T-bar, Hypervolt, muscle liberator and muscle creams/oil.If I use a combination of any of these within the treatment there is NO upcharge.

If you have a gift card from Simply Relax massage it is still valid as long as it has not been used previously and that it is not expired. Simply Relax Massage gift cards can be used with specific massage therapists listed on the "reference" page. Hope Carroll grew up in the small town of Finley, ND. After graduating from high school, Hope spent a few years of attending technical college with different interests but nothing that really made her feel passionate about. With the start of the massage therapy program, Hope realized she had found her true calling.

I met JoNell many years ago in a class. My only experience with her has been up until now her vast knowledge. Prior to JoNell, my past massage experiences have not been pleasant. Poor body knowledge, unprofessional therapists, therapists who would text /email in the middle of my massage, questionable cleanliness, non stop talking, poor communication but also extremely poor listening skills.
I was so tired of feeling like just another body on the table and I was not going to pay another therapist for a scented lotion application.

Review of my hypnosis experience
my main concerns expressed was the arm pain and sleeping.
I am super happy to report to you that the arm pain is non existing unless I twist it in a wrong way , which would probably make it hurt anyway.
My getting to sleep has improved unbelievabley, I can now lay down and on most nights turn off the thinking process and the next think I know it's morning. It is dramatic the change.
I am still amazed by how much RED sticks am thrilled with the results.
I would suggest that anyone even thinking about trying it do it.

Jonell is AMAZING and I highly recommend her. I've struggled with muscle tightness and pain in my neck, shoulders, and upper back as well as migraines for years. Before recently meeting Jonell, it is something I thought I needed to "just live with" and accept that this was how my body was wired. A monthly massage and chiropractic adjustment here and there certainly helped me, but I still lived with tension, pain, and frequent headaches.

Jonell's massage was the best massage I have ever had in over 20 years of getting massages. My first two massages were for an injury which she treated, she didn't massage. She listens to what pain I am in, where the pain is and how pain occurs. I have also had two "relaxing" massages from her. Again, she focused on what was causing stress / pain and where. I highly recommend her for any massage!

Rossiter is a GAME CHANGER!!! I brought my 15 year old son in to see Jonell when he began to experience unexplained pain in the front and back of his knee. My son is a healthy, active and athletic teenager who plays sports year around. Due to the pain he was experiencing in his knee, he was suddenly limited to what he could and couldn't do. After an MRI didn't show any signs of obvious trauma that would be causing the pain, I knew I wanted to 'think outside the box' and try something different. My son had 2 Rossiter treatments and within one week, he went from sitting on the sidelines of his basketball

Jonell is so amazing! By far the best massage I’ve had, she asked about your needs and history to perfectly tailor a massage to your needs. Often after a massage I hurt worse than I did coming in but not with Jonell. She did cupping and hot stones for me and it was phenomenal. I will definitely returning and encouraging everyone I know to go to her!
