Kent entered in the optical business right around the time Dinosaurs stopped roaming the earth. Which turns out was sometime in the late 1970's. He is one of our most valued associates. With a berth of knowledge on frames and lenses, Kent will educate and inspire you into your next glasses. Kent also acts as the office jokester with his "Dad Jokes" and Puns, helping us smile through the day.

We inform our Rio Linda patients about exam and treatment costs at the beginning of your appointment. If you require a breakdown of costs, please let us know.

It was my first time at an optometrist so, needing a prescription for glasses, I chose Dr. Fleishman because it was closest and we had known him as a customer at my wife's place of business for years. The testing was interesting and took only 40 minutes or so. I now have my glasses and I'm back driving safely. The only negative parts of the experience were: after the procedure was done Dr. Fleishman told me to sit and relax. I sat and relaxed. For about 15 minutes. Then I got up and walked to the front and realized I was the only person in the whole office! They'd all gone to lunch

As a new patient, making my first appointment was a breeze. The eye exam was extremely thorough. The frame selection was beyond what I expected and the assistance in selecting my frames was very pleasant.
I've purchased my glasses previously with at both a big box store and at a very high end optometrist's office. While the selection was a bit smaller than the big box store, the frames were very sufficient and the assistance in selecting what I needed was beyond helpful. I called the office to ask about repairing my glasses. The person who answered the phone said I could come in, quick fix. When I get there at 10 she says the optometrist won't be until 11. What do I need an optometrist to put a screw in my glasses. She was not interested in helping me. Also hung up on me the first time I called. I love the Doctor. He needs to make sure his staff is appropriate. They are the first contact to his business. Not nice 11/1/2021

Came here after visiting a different office. They were super helpful on the phone, and when we came in we were welcomed, all of our questions were answered and they helped work out the issues I had at the other office. They have such a large selection of glasses, and also informed me they could order any frame if I had a number to it. Plus they were in my network and very reasonably priced! Even held my baby during my visit, def will be referring everyone I know here! Thank you for being so amazing

So I make an appointment for an eye exam Monday at 1 o'clock I arrive 15 minutes early and find a sign on the door saying they're closed and will return at 1:30 I left and called them to reschedule my appointment I was unable to reach anyone as the phone would just go to an answering machine stating that this Verizon customer was unable to take my call. I came back to their office on Tuesday and found them open , I went inside and explained what happened including the difficulty I had trying to phone them , they could care less and said The phone does that and we can make you another

Had an issue with my new glasses.........MY fault..........but they fixed it and made me a happy camper..........again!!
EVERYONE in the office has always been nothing less than great.....but now there are newer people working there and I have to put them in the very same category...and I say this because they are made of the same stuff that the ones who have been there are made of!!.........AWESOME!!
And, the newly remodeled office is fabulous!!

I want to point out the ease of making the appointment and confirmation. I find utilizing email and text messages for communications works for me since I work all day and it's easier to respond to by those methods. The staffs were nice and welcoming upon my arrival. Dr. Fleischman was attentive and quick in finding exactly what my vision issues are. Being a first time glasses person, the optical staff made it simple and informative about my glasses options. I will continue coming here.

Disappointed. Went to go purchase some sunglasses with my prescription in it. Settled for some Maui Jims worth over $500. Power went out at office so employee could not complete the transaction. I called back later that day and twice the next day to provide cc info to individual. Left 3 different messages. I never got a call back. I was going to pay cash. They must be doing well because they obviously could not care any less about retaining my business.

Fast to get an appointment and they answer their phones...so they earned their whole one star.
We sat for HOURS. Literally...hours. Waiting for the appointment to begin and for the results etc. It was a FULL half day spent to get an Rx. The glasses took two weeks to get.
Less than three months later the finish on the glasses is wearing off and BOTH arms have broken. We spent $300 above what was covered by insurance for these glasses. Including the scratch resistant lenses which are now...scratched.
We went in and they had NONE of the frames in stock so we waited another week and a

Fast for getting an appointment. You call, your in. Friendly service from everyone there, very helpful staff. They have some super stylish eyewear. I got a pair of Ed Hardy glasses with some bling and some blue and green contacts. Small, clean facility on Rio Linda Blvd. They take most insurance. Go down and SEE them :)
