I've been a patient at Arena Eye Care for several years. The thoroughness and kindness of Dr. Patel and staff are outstanding. Any questions or concerns are always addressed in a clear and professional manner. Yesterday for the first time, I was seen within an hour for what could have been a serious eye complication. I cannot rave enough about this place! I've recommended this place to both my sisters and my colleagues who have now become patients as well. I have been going to Arena Eye Care for 4 years now and have always had a good experience with them. The front staff is nice and approachable. They always greet you as you enter. Dr. Holmberg is exceptional! He's warm, inviting, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. This was my first visit to this optometrist and I had a great experience. The coordination from one station to another was seamless, I noticed the easy communication the staff had with each other. Dr. Holmberg was very engaging and enthusiastic! I was pleasantly surprised to speak to a professional who was so passionate about eye care. The staff was very helpful. I have double coverage and they took the time to coordinate my benefits in the most cost effective way. I will definitely come back to this office.

Whatever you do, do not buy contacts from here! Go to Costco, so much cheaper. Purchased contacts a couple weeks ago after my overcharged eye exam and contact fitting, and contacts at Arena were $17 more expensive than Costco, PER BOX. For the EXACT SAME CONTACTS. I bought 6 boxes, which came to spending an extra $102 that I didn't need. That was my bad since I checked Costco after purchasing these contacts. But I also tried canceling my order within an hour of placing it, and they said no. I then tried to return them (unopened) as soon as they arrived, and they said there is a $30 restocking

Went for my yearly checkup and as previously during the pandemic masks were required and there was plastic to keep staff safe and plenty of sanitizer. I am always greeted right away and called by staff to verify some information and start off with a few eye tests (like blind spots). While waiting you can look at the frames. They gave me a container to put those I was interested in. When it was time for my eye exam, the container was held for me. They also do an ultraviolet cleaning of those that others touched. I usually opt out of vision coverage, but for 2021 I did enroll (VSP) and looked for a local optometrist participating in the Premier Program. My children are new patients to this business. It was clear they were following all COVID guidelines from beginning to end of our appointments. My son has Autism, which I informed them of in advance. They went above and beyond to ensure he was not uncomfortable during the process. Even using different tools and methods when needed. I made an appointment for my 7 year old because his pediatrician recommended that he get his eyes checked after failing his preliminary eye test at school and at the pediatrician's office during his well baby check up. Love Arena Eye Care! My benefits changed and I was worried I wouldn't be able to stay with them but I'm so glad it worked out. I love Dr Patel as well as the blonde that was working the floor. I believe her name was Dana. She was very sweet and incredibly helpful. The front desk receptionist was also very hardworking and quick . Lots of multitasking and all with a smile .

I called to make an appointment and the person taking my call was wonderful. Took all my information and scheduled me quickly and kindly. The office is beautiful. Bright, clean, spacious...it was a pleasure to see.
Dr. Patel and her assistants are amazing. Forthcoming with explanations and advice. I've had the same eye doctor for 20 years...but finding his replacement to be so exceptional was comforting and a relief. HIGHLY recommend!

Arena Eye Care is located next to the now closed Natomas Pharmacy, right next door to IBS Tax. Plenty of parking right outside their office. I am good about getting my yearly medical checkups but had dragged my eyes checkup for 4-5 years.
I made an appointment via phone and the whole process was a breeze. Cut to appointment day, the whole experience went very smoothly. The staff explained me my options. The eye technician did a very thorough test with multiple different machines to check not only the vision but also the health of the eyes. After the tests were done, the doctor came and reviewed

First visit here and I will definitely make this my family's "home" location for eye care. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable!
