This place is awesome!! So much to see and do in the immediate surrounding area, and the rooms are incredible. Friendly community with an enormous swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. 5 stars!!! Everything is brand new, too, from a gut to gut renovation they did of the entire complex just a couple years ago.

Chose this place by accident but was pleasantly surprised. I generally land up in the Aloft/Westin @ the Domain for work but this please give a very homely experience with the apartment complex feel, especially with the furnished kitchens and double door partitioned bed rooms. It made me come here again later.

This hotel is rated 3 stars and it should be rated one star. It's not a hotel, but an old apartment complex that they are attempting to turn into a hotel. Has a mixture of hotel rooms with some long term leases. Honestly, I was upset I paid good money for this run down scary place. The room was very cheaply adorned with rusted out bathtub, old tile, flat mattress and tiny old TV's. I won't ever stay here again. There are no way the praises about this place are legitimate

The apartment we stayed in was lovely and clean. Location is good.
Desk Service - not so much. The week-end person wasn't helpful at all in making possible for us to rent bikes as they advertised in the room.
We love being in Austin but didn't get the chance to enjoy it on bikes as we had planned on our last day in town.

We have stayed here once a year for the past 18 years with a group of High School kids to compete at UT. This year we were pleasantly surprised with the addition of a Super Wal-Mart just behind the property. We enjoy this place every year. Large rooms are wonderful. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is great.
