PS Property has been an absolute blessing since they took over our community. They are professional, respectful, friendly and communicates in a timely manner. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them during the process of getting our improvement application processed for painting our home and look forward to working with them in the future on any other improvements we will do. SOOO much better than the national companies we have had before!

PS Property managed our business condo on Shoal Creek Blvd. Ricky is our primary contact; other than taking our dues.. They are good for nothing... repair never address, and they don't even return call or email. They want you to submit online repair request via their web site, but they NEVER response nor take care of anything. We have 4 common bathroom in the building that supposed to have daily janitorial service.. the man's bathroom has been out of toilet paper for days now and PS Property still won't look at the ticket nor response to this issue.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
We had an urgent issue arise due to the storm last night. We emailed Robyn Finkenkeller at our HOA and she was able to assist and obtain a response within a few hours from the committee. We are now able to move forward with our project that is so desperately needed. We can't thank her enough, she is greatly appreciated.

This is by far the worst HOA that I have ever experienced. For the last 3 years my neighbor has never mowed there lawn in the back yard and has grown to be over 7 ft tall. The HOA is unresponsive to emails and even when I make phone calls they either don’t answer or never address the problem. Our neighborhood is only 5 years old and I will never be able to sell my house living next to these people. Take a stroll on Hyltin St and you will be able to see this eyesore without even trying. So beyond fed up!!

I just attended my annual HOA meeting for my community. I walked away feeling proud to have PS Property Management represent our community homeowners association. They were very transparent in the information the presented regarding our future pool upgrades, community social activities, and overall financial package that was presented. I have been to these types of meetings before where they try to rush the information as quickly as possible. Our community manager took the time to answer all of our questions and ever stayed a bit afterwards to chat with me about an neighbor issue I was having.
