I'm the Fitness and Health Coach for this building and I gotta say out of all the condos downtown I've visited and workers for 70 Rainey is the Coziest and classiest of them all.
Mid rise buildings are the best, not to busy mothers too boring and the view here is unmatchable.
It has one of the best fitness centers in its class and the residents that live here are super fun and friendly.
If you're looking to buy a condo downtown 70 Rainey is definitely yours top 5 choices in Austin.

I'm not the type of guy that needs an incredibly fancy personal living area. I don't need stainless steel appliances or mahogany floors, just give me the essentials and I'm fine. However, I'm definitely big on amenities and location, and this place has delivered. The restaurant and bar is great, gym, pool, local parks, and right by my favorite area to go out in Austin, Rainey Street! Couldn't be happier with this place, inside or out.
