Sold me a $4500 bike for $6500 mostly dealer fees. I’d say find somewhere else. They had no problem ripping me off.

Basing the review on service and staff knowledge of products. A lot of unhappy employees whom all had nothing more to talk crap about management and owner. Went in for Black Friday and no one knew if there was a Black Friday sale, no info had been passed down to the employees and nothing posted around the store. Ended up buying a helmet because i really needed it at the time. The store is half empty and everything was scattered.

Had a great experience with Scott buying my X3, however the parts manager T is not only rude and difficult to work with but he'll take advantage of you and overcharge if he can. The rest of the parts crew is helpful, courteous and easy to work with, and the cashier is super friendly, but I won't be going back. Too bad that Amazon is getting another customer instead of a local business...

I went in to check out a PCX for commuting. Scott was very laid back and showed me all of the features and amenities. He is very knowledgeable and really seems to love riding. He showed me some other bikes not to try and sell them to me, but because hews genuinely exited about them (especially the new Goldwing-it's beautiful). He also told me he may have a different color in the back. He was very accommodating and allowed us to tear open the cardboard and check it out. It turned out to be an ADV 150 in beautiful candy apple red. My wife and I like that bike better, and we purchased it instead.

If you enjoy waking around a dealership not being greeted, not being asked if you need help or have a question, then this place is perfect! Customer service is key but it's l good I went somewhere else.

One of the most important things in my life is honesty. I won't do business with a company or salesman that I think is dishonest. My experience with Corona Motorsports is a perfect example of that.
At first, The company and salesman seemed fine. I called to check on a Honda Rebel 500 that was in their internet listing and left a message to have someone call me. The next day, Brian (salesman) returned my call and was very nice. He told me about a 2019 model that was brand new and in stock. As soon as we arrive Scott McEnally greeted us and offer to help us. He answer all our questions without rushing us, or pressuring us to buy. At the end everything was handle in a professional matter without delays. Great customer service skills. We will definitely be back.

Just purchased our first ATV. Scott McEnally walk us through the entire process. He answer all our questions, provided us with all the info needed. The vehicle we wanted had to be shipped but surprisingly the wait was shorter than anticipated. At the end everything was fast and easy. We will keep up the word and recommend this dealership to our friends and for sure we will recommend Scott as the salesman.

We went to corona motor sports to buy oil and filters for our Yamaha. The young men in the service department. Had terrible customer service. We asked for the product and handed us a list of on filters and oils and sent me to the back to find it all. What I thought was the product I needed when I went to pay he tells me oh if it's for a Yamaha we do not carry products for Yamaha. WTH you could not tell me this when i initially asked 20 min ago while I've been searching for the items he was to damn busy on his god damn phone to help terrible terrible customer service

I went here the other day to get some parts after an awful experience at Malcoms in riverside. It was almost closing time but the most of the employees were welcoming (not sales). The cashier was friendly and the guy at the parts counter was very nice and helpful. I also noticed how all three of the employees at the parts counter were helpful with another customer in trying to find what he needed throughout the store, offering products at all price ranges (not just the most expensive). My only wish is that they were better at the phones. I'll be back soon.

I purchased my 2019 Razor earlier this year from CMS. First time owner and I've been impressed by the level of service from the parts dept, to the service. Service has mainly been on my quads and these guys seem to go above and beyond and in a very timely manner. Jim and his crew in service rock! Definitely recommend this outfit.

Went to see the service department for a bearing that broke on my daughter's electric quad. I couldn't get the chase out with a flat head or pry bar. First off they were dismissive and almost put out by my request for service. When I finally did get a number they wanted $150 just to look at it. Went down the street and bought a bearing at McFadden-Dale for $5 and stopped by Sideways cycles and they did used an air chisel to get the chase out for $20. I would avoid this business as I feel they did not treat me as a customer should be treated.

I'm actually very disappointed in this place I put a deposit in three weeks ago for two Jetske's which they stated will be coming in in a week and a half I waited I called multiple times they told me that they have no answer that during this pandemic they have no idea how long it's gonna take wish I wish they would've told me that before I put my $5000 deposit I'm actually very disappointed in the way they handled the situation because it didn't allow me to go to another place to buy my skis next time they need to be a little bit more considerate and more professional

Great team to work with especially Brian, Ron and Gus! I was searching for a RZR Pro XP 4, not only were they great to work with this is where I got the best deal. Well worth the drive from Lake Havasu, AZ.

This place is great! We live in Rancho Cucamonga and are more than willing to drive the extra bit to Corona Motorsports. My husband has had to make a few trips for items when our local location is out of stock or simply doesn't pick up the phone to verify items. Corona always has a wide variety of merchandise and their customer service is great! I agree with other reviews the people who work here are so nice! Everyone is helpful, very knowledgeable and seem like they actually enjoy their job. I highly recommend this place! I DO NOT on the other hand recommend wasting your time at Mountain

The location is also very convenient as it's off the freeway exit. Great prices but most importantly it's the service and how each staff member takes time to ensure to our questions are answered

Bought a 2017 Honda Africa twin from Brian, he was extremely helpful and so insightful on all the bikes that we looked at. This is my second bike I have purchased from CMS and it won't be my last. There prices are competitive and they have a great selection.
