Who didn't watch On Any Sunday and grow up admiring Malcolm Smith. I tried to buy from his store. I called on December 8th and 9th 2021 and could not get a salesperson. I did leave messages both days. Then, going back to their site, I see you can text them. So on December 9th I sent the attached text wanting to buy 2 motorcycles with cash. No response to my voice messages or texts after 11 days.

I bought a quad for my son. And the sales man Mel was very humble not pushy. And was easy to talk to. Even after I had a few questions and he is very responsive.
A month later I realized that they didn't give me the stair key. I called Mel and he found it. Even offered to drop it off at my work. I told him it was ok.
If you want a down to earth sales man who is not pushy. Mel is you guy.

Where should I start?? Well, all I have to say is 5 stars is not enough to give these guys. Josh is wonderful! Very knowledgeable, professional and has great customer service skills. One of the best!!! I didn't go in with the intentions of purchasing a new Honda CRF 250 (went in for a new body kit for another bike) but after speaking to Josh about the the Honda i knew it was the bike for me. And waaallllaaa, he made it happen. Thank you for all your help!

First of all i live in AZ approx a 5 hour drive from Malcom Smith. Spoke to Brian via phone looking at a specific bike on website. He was beyond professional in offering answers to my questions. He put together a deal my local dealers in AZ couldn't touch, so off to CA on a Tuesday before Tday to pick it up. Everything discussed prior was exactly as described, zero surprises. Bike was new and shiny. Alex was my delivery associate, he was great, got me some goodies, went over the bike, helped load and strapdown and followed up next day to make sure all went well on drive back to AZ.

Dylan, Cassandra and Rick (in parts, parts, and service) were all *mega* helpful in finding me a replacement tire in short notice and made a relatively short-notice appointment for me to install the tire. My timing put me in a bit of a bind, and these three really exercised some patience and kindness in helping me find my tire and get it mounted.
Doing the new tire at Malcolm smith is important for me because of the warranty I purchased alongside my KTM; I couldn’t find anyone with my tire in stock that would also honor the warranty, so Malcolm Smith was my only choice. Hopefully by this time

I just bought my new 2022 Yamaha TW200 on Oct. 14, 2021.
I LOVE IT. The whole buying experience was great. My salesman was Jeff. I would buy from him again.
I checked all dealers that sell TW200 within 100 miles and M.S. had the best price. Everyone there was very friendly and honest.
I liked buy from a dealer like Malcolm Smith who put his name on his product. It is a super clean dealership. It even has a Malcolm Smith Museum for all you racing fans. When I go to buy another motorcycle or off road vehicle I will call Jeff first.

I highly recommend Malcom Smith Motorsports. They now carry and Service Ducati, you don't need to drive far away. I went in to look, ended up trading my two bikes for one that replaced both (Streetfighter V4s). Josh Flores was great, friendly and knowledgeable. So far my experience with parts and service department has been good. Took bike in for its first 600 mile service and to get some parts installed. Dropped bike in the morning and picked up in the afternoon.

Soooo.. I got an itch to get a Ducati, and Malcolm Smith helped me scratch it. Josh was super helpful and patient while I made up my mind which bike to get, and wasn't ever pushy or demanding. Once I made my choice, he was super helpful getting me a deal I was happy with. I'm beyond satisfied! The Panigale is unreal, so much fun.

I had been looking for the 2021 Aprilia RS 660 for a couple weeks. I text Malcom Smith at the number on their website. Their manager Brian responded and said 3 had come in but weren't assembled yet. I went down there 3 days later and Brian introduced himself and handed me over to Josh, my salesperson and took me to the back where the Aprilia's were located. At that time they only had the Acid Gold color. I fell in love at first sight. I ended up purchasing the Acid Gold. Just picked up a Husqvarna 350FEs at Malcolm. Josh really took care of me from holding the bike I wanted to helping me hitching it to my trailer. Hands down AMAZING rep Josh!!! I recently bought a duel sport motorcycle from Malcolm Smith Motorsports. I have been so happy with the my bike. They did a followup afterwards to make sure everything was still going good with my bike. They cared about me more than the "big sale". Malcolm sales reps and Josh had an opportunity to sell me a new bike however, they just got a identical slightly used one in that day that was more in my my price range. The bike(2stroke) that I purchased wasn’t initially what I had in mind, but Josh took his time to ask about riding style, conditions and what I enjoy the most then recommended the bike that suited me best. This place has such a solid team. Josh was my sales man. He is a gem. Very informative and just wants you happy with your purchase. Kept my safety and happiness first. I came in for a 250cc but I couldn't resist when I sat on the iron 1200.

I just recently pitched a Yamaha YZ 450F 2021 from Malcom Smith. I had the pleasure of having Josh as my Sales representative, he was great friendly, honest, great technical knowledge of the Motercycles industry and keep he keeper me up to date kn everything going on with my purchase.
