Angel is the receptionist at PWC, as well as a Certified Medical Assistant. She has been in healthcare for 5 years with experience in Internal Medicine and Women's Health. She is continuing her education to become an Ultrasound Technician. Morgan is the Marketing Coordinator at PWC. Prior to becoming our Market Coordinator, you may have seen her face around the clinic last summer as our Wellness Intern.
Yes, we accept most insurance carriers including Aetna, Cigna, Regence Blueshield, Premera Bluecross, First Choice Health Network, Lifewise Health Plan and BCBS. We have recently again started accepting patients with Apple Health/Medicaid whether through ProviderOne or assigned through Molina. Unfortunately we do not accept TriCare or Medicare, however if you have TriCare most laboratory tests are covered.

I was given a list of naturopaths that cover my insurance and the puyallup wellness center was on that list. I called them to double check and make absolutely sure that they cover my insurance. The person that I talked to assured me that they take my insurance. I made the appointment several weeks ago thinking that everything would be good. I called again to make sure that they take my insurance and the new woman I talked to said that they do not. I asked her why I was told differently and why I was told by my insurance that I would be covered, and she said that the woman I talk to was a temp and

Dr. Gaby was so thorough with me, educating me about how I could balance my hormones and not be so stressed out all the time. I've felt better, physically and mentally, since taking her suggested supplements as well as making diet improvements (and doing daily walks and meditations). I feel like I have more knowledge and tools to be proactive about my health going forward. I never felt rushed at all when speaking with Dr. Gaby, something I've felt at times at "regular" doctor offices. I'm so glad I found this place.

Really disappointed. I went into Dr. Krupa's office feeling like they were really taking care of me. I saw Dr. Krupa back in 2017 and now come 2019, I receive a bill from them, I was shocked. Not only did the front office staff reassure me that my insurance, as well as my husbands were accepted by their office, the said nothing as my husband and I spent hundreds of dollars on the recommended supplements from our appointments... come to find out my insurance was not accepted... my claims were incorrectly submitted to the wrong insurance several times.. now I get a certified letter to my front door

Dr. Krupa is exceptionally bright. You can tell his mind is always working double time but he's also really great at slowing it down and explaining things in a way that is concise and clear. I also appreciate his sense of humor and find meetings with him thoroughly enjoyable as well as informative. This clinic is breath of fresh air compared to your average medical experience. I trust Dr. K and staff and highly recommend his services.

Giving a 1 Star because I can’t give 0. Worse service of my life. In the middle of getting my blood drawn, at my scheduled appointment, she stopped drawing my blood and told me to go to another facility because SHE overbooked the room. I had to fast from the night before so this was inconvenient in many ways! Then Dr Tony said they would make it right, pay any extra bills I had from having to go to another office and give me some of the vitamins that he had me purchase at my appointment free of charge. I had to call them twice after dropping off the bills, the first call they said they would

If you buy any type of dietary pill make sure you check the label. I was suppose to get a liver pill and got an energy pill. I took the pills the way the doctor told me. I ended up take 4 of these energy pills. I normally have very good blood pressure but I had a dentist appointment the same day and when they took my blood pressure it was 149/99. It usually runs 120ish/70ish. I felt like my head was going to explode.
The doctor was wonderful. He was very educational, friendly, and seemed to really care.
The staff is nice however the person that gave me these pills needs to pay close attention
