If you have coverage through the Apple Health Care/Medicaid state covered program: these include Amerigroup, Molina, United Health Care, Coordinated Care of WA, or Community Health Plan of WA or low income funds, you are a potential customer. Contact the Coordinator(s) of Patient Care for an over the phone screening to determine potential eligibility/admission needs and appropriate program placement.

I absolutely loved this facility! The staff members Are amazing and incredibly supportive! I couldn’t have done it without Dez Jillian Derek and Amanda And the awesome nursing staff Nina And Katherine! The counselors are phenomenal starting with Derek Jessica Chasity Heather And my favorite Melanie!! This program was not only supportive of my addiction but also my mental health this has changed me for life and I am forever blessed to have had this opportunity to have went here! It works if you work it! And we are all a work in progress not perfection! Thank you prosperity for forever changing

Absolutely awful company. They discharged me 13 hours before my graduation time and refuse to give me my certificate. Even though I worked the entire program. The excuse they used was poor attitude and build up of behaviors. But two gentlemen got into an argument the day I was unsuccessfully discharged and I tried to stop the physical fight and ended up getting threatened. When staff asked me about it I told them the truth and because the company wanted to get their profit off the two people who should’ve been discharged they kicked me because they already got the money off me. This facility is one of the worst places anyone could receive treatment at. All of the staff is completely rude and unprofessional. They are not private about your personal information and truly don't care about their patients.The main lady in charge is one of the meanest and most unprofessional she yells at her clients, and has a huge power trip, she uses her authority against the patients, and was hurting many of the women here, making them cry, having panic attacks, and feeling extremely depressed awhile saying its for the better. This was the first place I went to for rehab, and I had no idea what to expect. All I knew was that I wanted my first stint of rehab to also be my last. I was recommended to this place because it is a dual diagnosis facility, also treats trauma, and allowed me to continue my Suboxone regimen. Also accepted my Medicaid insurance.
I went in with an open mind and a willingness to learn, and I believe that's why I enjoyed my time there. I appreciated that my days were kept full of classes, group work, 12-step meetings, and breaks. The food was amazing. This place helped heal the wounds on my body

I just completed treatment at Prosperity Wellness center. Prosperity Wellness Center saved my life. If you want help from for your addiction you need to go here. The staff are the most Loving, Caring and Amazing people I've ever met. The support staff and the counselors will love you and teach you to love yourself. I seen a post on here that said if you love ur Child never let them go there but I am to tell you this was the Best Treatment center ever. If u need help with your addiction and your ready to change your life this place is the best place to go. The people that work there aren't just

Prosperity inpatient treatment program is the best inpatient i have been too. They actually work on trauma and have you release all that is inside of you making you sick. I would recommend this place to anyone struggling with addiction or eating disorders. Their staff is amazing and they really care. The people on here saying bad things about staff are clearly just not ready to be clean. I had hard days but i wouldn't have made it to where I am today without them. You will learn things about yourself and tools to help you when your feeling down. The food is also amazing! Thank you prosperity! You

I went here in 2016 and it changed my life. They had me unlearn all of the things I thought i knew before, and relearn much more important thing. The staff showed me how to trust people. It is a safe place. When things get hard in my life, I still want to call them and have them fix it for me. That place and those people saved my life. After over 30 years of drinking and drugs i went to detox. for 3 days and was then picked uy from detox to begin my 30 day treatment at Prosperity. I wanted to leave at first. After a week I did not want to leave. I loved my tine at Prosperity. They saved my life and. I have over 4 years sober. We do recover. I have a whole new life now and if a 30 year addict can recover I believe anyone can.
