We have had trouble with poor air quality and poor temp management since we moved into our new house 6 months ago. After a lot reading reviews we decided to call McMurray's and are super happy we did. They responded and scheduled an appointment in less than a day and showed up and we're ready to start right on time. Prices are good and I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me or nickel and dime on their services, which I really appreciate The crew is very kind and professional and I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. I just purchased my 1950 DC home a few months ago. I could tell that the air quality was terrible so I shopped around for duct cleaners. After reading all the positive reviews, I called McMurrays and scheduled an evening appointment.
The crew showed up on time and fully prepared to clean and disinfect my ducts. Turns out, I was breathing in mold, dirt, dust etc. I couldn't believe my eyes, so much filth. I needed way more than just a simple duct cleaning!
Overall, I'm so happy I called this company. They were all extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend them!

The McMurrays team responded quickly when my older AC system was not performing. They provided an honest assessment about the condition of the system, and what they could do to repair and clean it. They didn't try to sell me on a new system (though other companies had). Their work was thorough. I see no reason to go anywhere else for future HVAC repairs.

A few weeks ago during one of the coldest spring days, my heat went out and I referred to this company. Reluctant to try a new company, I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. Thankfully my pilot not the entire system needed replacement. They were quick on the job, diagnosed the issue, and did not overcharge. I will use for any other issues that arise and I highly recommend

If I could give 6 stars, I would... Mr. McMurray and his team came through for me. His quote was reasonable, he was prompt in his response and his work was excellent. McMurray knows AC's and advised me as if I was a family-member that needed sound counsel, and I have no doubt he stands by his word. He got the work completed when he said he would, took photos (as I'm remote) and followed-up with me to assure that the household was satisfied with the outcome.

So thrilled to have called McMurray's for our dryer vent and main air duct cleaning. I reached out for a quote just days ago via Yelp and I received a response almost immediately. I was thrilled to hear a low price for once. Yesterday I called to schedule and they were able to come in today. Really needed these services so I am so thankful for their quick responses via Yelp and phone. Also really appreciate that the staff came wearing masks and shoe covers to protect us and our home. I definitely recommend and plan to continue using their services in the future.

Today, I got my air ducts cleaned. My wife has asthma and couldn't breathe in our house (newly purchased). I figured let's start by cleaning them out and see what happens. The workers went in and found several issues right away.
There was mold build up, debris and other build up over the years prior to us moving in.
They were respectful of the home and conducted themselves in a professional matter. The owner communicate with me prior to their arrival.

They did a mold treatment in my HVAC unit, and cleaned my air ducts and coils. Overall the technician did a really thorough job, and went above and beyond to ensure he cleaned everything really well. The prices were reasonable, and they showed me before and after pictures. So many companies try to get over on women, I would definitely use them again.
