This is review is after 2 years. Originally used them for front bumper. Mine's a Mazda Soul Red color and they had guaranteed match. At the time of picking up I told the guy the color is not matching but he said a lot of gibberish about plastic vs metal / light falling / etc. Sadly I believed him.
Later on I came back (Approximately after an year since I thought they do give the lifelong warranty) but realized quickly its an eye wash. He immediately pointed out to minute to minute scratches and dents and said he'll charge me for those but the re-paint is free. Guess what? The charge he quoted

Very professional and efficient! It is also very convenient that they have a Geico representative and an Enterprise representative all on site. I brought my car in after being rear ended. I was not the paying customer as the other person's insurance company was covering it, but they still treated me very well as if I was spending alot of money… with them. They had the rental waiting. I was in , inspected, and out within 20 mins. The damage was not much but I was still surprised to have my car ready the next day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!! Brought a car to them for a bumper repair, and they ruined the bottom portion of the car and didn't want to replace it!! Went in there and spoke to owner: 1 word: GARBAGE !!!!!!' Went back once I had to argue for a week to get the car part ordered: owners son: SCUMBAG. DO NOT AT ANY COST BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

First, everyone has a bad day. Even I found a part they forgot to put back on. No big deal. Drove back, put the 7 screws back on, and I drove home. Nothing to get excited about. Wife drove over snow pile and an air scoop fell off. Alexis had me bring it over, it was reinstalled in 10 minutes, no charge.
What he doesn’t do is charge for factory… parts and install aftermarket parts. He might say “You know based on it’s use and security, you could save a few bucks with an aftermarket.” At that point it’s up to you. Your insurance company should back you up especially
