I can't speak on any other residence but I can say the Drake Apts are some of the best Apts I have lived in. My air went out in my apartment and at first I thought it was maybe a little low on freon but Lil did I know the entire AC unit needed to be replaced. From management on down I have no complaints. They have been considerate of my feelings and my household. I woke up this morning to a brand new AC unit being installed from the roof to the inside...so just so you know I don't have any intentions of moving anywhere else anytime in the future. This is a place I call home 😍😍😍😍

I lived over there in 2016 stay a month or two. Big. Crack in ceiling and it wasnt a place I would call home neighbors playing drums all time of the night when I moved I didnt hear from them in 2020. The saying I owe the 900 and something dollars which is a lie. Left the apartment in the same condition I received it in they not getting sht from. Me. Minus well. Cut it I also have photos of the Apartment when I. Moved in and left

Worst place ever.... Both bathrooms leak, roaches from the time we moved in, never fixed real issues like rain coming in from window, Carpet got flooded twice, Black mold, parking sucks, was moved in a day after someone moved out. The list goes on and on.... Please dont move here it's a waist of your money and time.

Definitely wouldn't advise anyone to move here from my experience. They spend more time and energy on landscaping and the outside appearance, while the actual apartment itself is just .. Idk. They take forever to maintain the apartment. Sink has been clogged for going on 2 weeks. Still wont fix it. Toilet only flushes once and I've had that problem since I moved in, in March. Never any parking spaces, and what's the point of a gated complex when the gate hardly ever works? Can I get a refund please!

I've been living here for 3 yrs not once had a problem until the last 6 months my ceiling has been leaking very often. It recently fell in on us while we where here in the apt and they still have yet to fix it or move me to another apt not to mention the ppl in the office said it wasn't safe but hasn't did anything to protect their residents i even talked to corporate . This happen 2 weeks ago and no one has called or came by
