Bossier East needs management that actually care about tenants spending their hard earned money to live here. Not just management that want a check. You can not be transparent or respectful to whom is in office now! Her attitude is rude & dry. I’ve never had any issues while Shelia was in the office. Me and my family stayed in Bossier East Apartments for 8 years, until Mrs. Butler sold both complex in Bossier City to Monarch Realtors. Since Monarch has taken over, they started out being a helpful to their tenants, until they hired the manager. Since she’s been there, the complex has become drug, roach and mold infested. When you let the manager know who doing stuff, what they’re doing, and where they’re doing at or to, she goes back and tell them what’s going on. The complex has went down to the dump. These apartments was nice and very affordable place to live,, now every
