Took a tour with Raven and thoroughly enjoyed it! She was very nice and personable. She gave great detail to accenting the apartment and community features. She was very knowledgeable of the property and apartment policies as well. She was friendly and I felt totally comfortable expressing my concerns to her. The property was beautiful with nice amenities. Hope to lease with them soon!

I am moving back to Shreveport from West Texas and needed a place to live. I ran across River Scape apartment homes and the leasing consultant Dominique Leger was so friendly and professional and she answered all of my questions. She showed me all the facilities that they offered along with the furnished model apt. Very nice and well maintained place to live.

I came into get information about renting an apartment because I am relocating to the area. The office and facility is clean and nicely kept. Apartments are very clean and spacious. The office staff, Ms. Domonique, assisted me and she was nothing but nice, helpful and professional. These apartments are on the top of my lists!!

I’ve been living here for a few years and it’s been a great experience. Management keeps the grounds looking good and they are very polite. Heather is great and always has a warm smile. Maintenance is excellent, especially Mr. Darrell. He answers your requests within the same day, sometimes in just a few hours. He is very professional and polite I have nothing negative to say about this property, I’ll be renewing yet another lease soon.
