We used Dayna Simmons Real Estate for the sell of a home and the purchase of a new home. Dayna and her team were very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. We had a contract on our home in just two days and Dayna assisted us in finding our new home, not only is she very knowledgeable about the business but has an excellent understanding of the current real estate market. I used Dayna Simmons to sell my residence in the mid-town Beaumont area. I had previously listed it with another agent with another company. In three or four months, that agent did not present a showing of my residence. We have bought and sold twice with Dayna and her team, and both times have had the best experience. The process was very smooth because Dayna has someone covering every detail. The communication was great, and we were always able to get in touch with someone when needed. We were supposed to close on both houses the same day that our daughter needed emergency surgery and somehow the team was able to work their magic to where we were still able to close and move on time. I had been with another company that had barely shown the home. After wasting time and money I decided to go with Dayna Simmons. It was like night and day in the way they managed the sale of my home. They kept me informed every step of the way and kept everything documented. I loved being able to sign documentation with my phone. The best part was they began showing the home right away.
