Worse company to ever work with. If it would be possible to give negative stars these guys would definitely get negative five. If you respect yourself and people that you work with stay away from this company. The whole painful two weeks of dealing with their agent Ann Morrell was full of disrespect. She definitely didn't respect me, my agent or even the legal contract. I tried to reach out for help from their broker, Jimmy Smith, but unfortunately I wasn't important to bother him enough to do anything about the situation. Some people are just not professional at all. So, please avoid a headache

Thank you Jimmy. My family and I were looking for a home and Jimmy took his time to listen and show use countless homes over a several month period. Jimmy was patient and met us to show us homes when it fit for us. This was difficult because I worked shift work. I highly recommend Jimmy if you are serious about buying a home. Jimmy was born and raised in Vidor and no one knows the area better than he does. Thanks again!
