!!!!!BEWARE!!!! Believe these reviews!!! They have MOLDY HOMES! When confronted will not handel the issue! They will evict you! This particular property is in Lake Butler! You will think its beautiful but don't let your eye fool you. No morals, or ethics. They expect renters to take care of an exisiting issue that was here long before. DO NOT RENT OR BUY THROUGH THEM!

Mold, maintenance doesn’t fix anything! Pregnant and breathing in mold. Air conditioning wall unit, was leaking inside of the apartment, causing more mold. I Put in multiple work orders, (proof from online portal) they never came to fix the air conditioning. Linda walked into my apartment without knocking while I was home! Maintenance opened my door while I wass inside of the apartment, putting on my clothes! He knocked two times & after I yelled out “GIVE ME A MINUTE” He still opened the door! I know he heard me, the apartment is the size of a box! Will never rent from these

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I moved in without knowing somebody died next door and weeks into i heard things running through my walls. Guess what it is? Freaking rats from my house to the next house. I had to get pest control to take care of the situation. I got my deposit form back and yet they took most of my money. 250 for a paint job which just been painted before i moved in from the person having red bed but yet it still showed through the walls and you want to charge me. 100 for clean up when i scrubbed that place down from top to bottom. As well as a yard fee that wasn't cut when I moved in

Worst living place I've ever lived in. They treat rat infestations with poison- which leads to dead rats rotting in the walls. The maintenance people are sometimes nice and sometimes really sketchy- either way they always fix things as cheaply as possible, and you have to call multiple times before they'll be sent out. The places Gore Rabell rents out are not cheap enough for how run down they are. We had termites, mold, leaking sinks, broken appliances... things that we found after moving in that took months to fix. Some things never were fixed, like the termites or our leaking roof.
