Margo began her career with Signature Communities when she moved to Naples in 1994 from Manchester by-The-Sea, Massachusetts. Margo has been a key reason for the success Signature Communities has accomplished in the last 20 years. She is currently managing Moraya Bay's building operations along with the concierges program offered to our residents.
Unique touches with a teak and mahogany wood bar is reminiscent of a 1920's Riva Yacht. Fabric Ceilings conjure up images of smooth white sails and ensure you won't soon forget where you are. The poolside grotto bar carries guests further into it's underwater concept through it's use of shimmering blue tiles reflect the sun.
Beachfront infinity edge pool with dining and lounge seating to watch the sunset. Poolside snack bar and spacious sundeck next to the grotto bar have you enjoying every minute you spend at Moraya Bay. Drove 4 hours from Orlando to enjoy the state park and stopped at the outdoor bathrooms that were recommended by gps, located right before the state park gate and the security office Joseph was writing us a ticket within the 5 mins it took us to change and was extremely rude towards us when we explained the confusion. We wanted to stay nearby the state park but after this interaction, I’ll be looking at any other hotel in the area

I certainly enjoyed Bluebill Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park which are right next to Moraya Bay Beach Tower, but so is the public toilet. Yes, you read that right, a public toilet, shower and water fountain. All day long the sound of flushing toilets, air dryers and people showering spoiled our stay at this condo unit. Millions of dollars of real estate right next to a loud, concrete public toilet. Never again will I stay here. Never.

Here’s a review from all of the people who live in Vanderbilt beach: Don’t hog the sand and think you own it... you don’t. The beach belongs to all of us, many of whom are local, full time residents who contribute to the Naples economy and pay taxes all year around. I wish they’d tear that place down and put back the family friendly motel which was welcoming to everyone.

These luxury residences are located directly on the beachfront. In my opinion nothing else compares. Privately views any of the beachfront condos. Moraya Bay is an architectural masterpiece. Spacious and well-appointed floor plans. Amenities befitting a five-star resort. Among them waterfront restaurant; bar and lounge area.
