Hands down the best customer service and most professional business in S.W. Florida for your rental or purchasing needs. Always above and beyond for the best interests of their loyal lifelong clients instead of being like every other company in town only caring about the sale and a commission. I would highly recommend Merideth. You can thank me later. Old school sincere customer service is very hard to find in Florida and if they have an opening or can take a new client you hit the jackpot!

RUNNNN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM nothing but nasty people who have nothing better to do then bother people. From the start of all this was nothing but issue even the guy quit in the middle of my application. COMPANY SUCKS!!!! Nickle and Dime People and don't listen to what the move out inspector says you will get told more things even after you sign the paperwork. Michelle has no clue what she is doing no customer what so ever. Pretty much told me the move out inspections is nothing even when move out guy said everything was fine with my house but nope. RUN FAR AWAY

While all the staff were very friendly and communication was prompt, I was asked multiple times for $975 in non-refundable fees without any documentation in place. This is not a retaliatory complaint or comment, as I have good credit, no criminal history, and no previous experience with Royal Shell Real Estate.
I agreed to $75 for the background check, which was completed promptly and approved. I was then again asked- several times- for the remaining $850 non-refundable security deposit plus $50 association fee. Each time I asked for a copy of the lease to accompany the deposit and my requests
