Le Parc is situated on the powder white sand beach and offers some of the most stunning direct Gulf of Mexico views in Park Shore. It is also one of the few buildings with floor plans ranging from 2BR to 5BR + Den penthouses. Stunning gulf side amenities and friendly staff, excellent location minutes from Venetian Village, Waterside shops and 5th Ave S shopping dining and arts centers. Truly among the top luxury beach towers in Naples FL.

Visiting family. Lovely location, on the beach. Spacious, great sunroom/balcony. Well protected from a Class 5 hurricane.

White sand beach - Clean and nice swimming area. Short walk from parking that is limited. Parking is $2.50 per hour and can be increase by cell phone for a $0.25 fee per transaction + parking cost.
