Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
We hired them to replace our roof and stain our deck. Facia was damaged during the roofing process, but never replaced or fixed. I've sent multiple texts with pictures and no response back. Our deck was so terrible we settled on a lower price and we are fixing it ourselves.

I realize that the person who called on the phone (Herbie, I believe) may not represent the company well. But I try to be polite to telemarketers. When he asked if we were having problems with our windows and I replied that we'd replace them just a couple of years ago, he hung up on me. No "thank you very much." Just a hang up. If that's the way they treat people, I'd steer clear.

I hired Northland to do my roof and siding after a hail storm. The end result was okay, but I only heard from them when they signed the contract and when they wanted their money. I knew I was in for a ride when my buddy was walking around the house correcting the guys from Northland on what parts they were going to order for the project.
I picked up over 300 nails around my house and I am still finding some when walking around my yard. My neighbor is also using Northand and they are getting leaking in their house afte the job was done that was not their before. Without even visiting their
