We hired HailPro to work with our insurance and replace storm damage. Our siding was replaced but thankfully I kept a good record of what was actually replaced and what was not because HailPro tried to get all the payment that insurance sent even though they didn't do all the work. They first replaced the siding in Aug. Other than scratches to our siding - they did a decent job with the install. I had to call them back out to clean up the ground as there were nails left out and even after they cleaned up - I still found more in plain sight. Our roof and gutters initially was denied on that claim

Use a different company if you want your roof to last more than a year.
They were responsive during the roof replacement but now that there are issues less than 1 year later we get know where. Metal flashing is coming off the roof and the only time we got a response back from them (after contacting the owner) was another department would get back to us. Makes new worry what else will fail.
During the replacement we were told we wouldn't have to pay our deductible (then we did) and then that we'd get two $500 cash back discounts. It took many emails and phone calls before we got only one of discounts

The whole team at Hail Pro was amazing from start to finish. They were very responsive, helped me with my insurance company and really made sure that I was comfortable each step of the way. I highly recommend the full team at Hail Pro. Although I do not anticipate needing any further roofing or siding services, I will use them for anything else that comes my way.

These guys are amazing. I had no idea what I was up against with an insurance claim. I thought initially I could start the process on my own without a contractor and learned the hard way. It took months because my insurance company continued to tell me I didn’t have damage but Hail Pro saved us. They were able to get a new roof and gutters approved. Pick these guys and make sure you have them involved as soon as possible!! The results were amazing and I’m glad I went with them.

I was contacted initially by Dave Andrews who was passing in my neighborhood and spotted some storm damage that I was unaware of. He was good enough to knock on my door and to make we aware of the damage and in course of conversation we invited him and melody, his wife in for a neighborly chat and cup of tea. It came up routinely that Dave was a representative of "Hailpro" and he offered to represent us to our insurance company in an effort to have our roof re shingled under the terms of our home owners policy. And, although it took over a year, we now sit under a most becoming replacement roof

Hail Pro worked with us on replacing our roof after hail damage was found. The Damage Analysts were very professional to work with as well as the roofing crew. Our job was not an easy one as we have a very old house that had many roof layers. Communication was awesome and the end result is a beautiful new roof. I would highly recommend!
