In 2001, we saw a profound need for an in-home care agency that could service the culturally diverse communities surrounding St. Louis City, in both Missouri and Illinois. As the company began to grow, we were able to expand into a full service health care provider. The "AW" in our name stands for "Aging Well."

I'm fairly new working for this agency. Tanya and Miranda are the very best of the best. I've worked for many different agencies. But this one is by far the very best. They care about their employees as well as their clients. Tanya is very adoment about making sure all her staff are treated well, and does not allow for any kind of verbal abuse of any kind. I'm thankful I'm with this company and won't ever go anywhere else

AW Health Care has been coming to help my husband since he came home from the hospital. He has had several visits each week including PT,OT, nursing care, etc. Every one of the AW staff who have been coming out are extremely compassionate, kind, encouraging and really care about helping my husband. They are very good at what they do and I would highly recommend AW Health Care to anyone needing home health care!

AW was amazing with my grandmother after she suffered a fall and had to do physical therapy at home. Ben was so good with her and was able to get her mobile again. We cannot thank him and the whole team at AW enough! We will definitely be using this company in the future should the need arise for home health services.

After 8 years at AW I'm still very happy with my job, as with any job there can be some conflict and no one(job) is every perfect but all in all I love working for this company. The owners all have actual positions and work just as any employee would and never flout that they are in-fact the owners of the company. AW does a lot of extra to not only support their employee but recognize accomplishments of individuals.

The staff is very encouraging and attentive to the clients needs. I appreciate the help of everyone that I have met at AW Healthcare, especially Marina Doerr. The staff, especially Ms. Doerr has been extremely accommodating and helpful in supporting our loved ones who need special care. There is no other agency out there in Saint Louis who does the same level of care and compassion as AW Healthcare. I recommend your agency to anyone and everyone who asks me about home health care.

I have worked as a Speech Language Pathologist for over 25 years and have worked for numerous rehab companies. I've been with AW as a PRN therapist for 5 years and last year joined as a full time therapist. Best decision I ever made!!

I have worked many times with AW Health Care and every time I get a phone call from the family thanking me for the suggestion. Their quick response time and compassion and drive for arranging health care needs to age in place is truly irreplicable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable all the way from the person who answers your initial call to the caregiver that arrives for your loved one. You cannot go wrong with AW!

My grandmother was a patient with AW for many years. She was treated like family by her nurses, therapists, and bath aides every time. Their professionalism and compassion were unbelievable. AW was a reason keeping my grandmother from hospital admissions and nursing homes for so many years. She was able to stay in her own home with excellent care that she received. I would highly recommend AW Healthcare to my friends and family and anybody who would need the services. Thank you for taking care of my grandmother, I will never forget it!!!!
