We are very happy with Dean's service as our buying agent and we highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home. Dean is not only professional and an expert in his field but timely and proactive. Soon after the selling party received our offer, Dean sent us in written form the steps we'd move through for a smooth completion of the sale. He held our hand through the entire process from when the offer was made, pricing negotiations, through the loan process, details of the walk through, closing the sale, up to when the keys were handed over. We cannot recommend him enough.

Our experience with the Dean has been absolutely awesome! He has been extremely easy to work with and very responsive to all of our email and phone inquiries. We had a few concerns about the state of the apartment we were moving into and Dean has done everything he can to take care of these items for us before we move in.

I had a very pleasant experience working with this agency! Dean was our agent and he was very patient and supportive throughout the whole process as I was first time home buyer. Really responsive with all the questions and made sure everything gets done on the spot and followed up with all the other parties involved in finalizing all the paperworks. I'm happy with my new house and couldn't have gotten through this on my own!
