I enjoyed the care I received until my provider left very suddenly. I was not informed until I arrived for my scheduled appointment, and then I was told that since my insurance had changed that no one there could see me, even though I found out later that was not the case. The receptionist also told me that she didn't know of any providers in the area accepting my insurance, which was also a lie. My specific provider was wonderful, but I would not recommend returning there; I've only given them two stars because of my experience before my provider left. They told my therapist different things when

Providers are kind, but ultimately unhelpful. Would not complete ADA paperwork (dated return to work and signed only) needed for me to keep my job. Provider informed me after months of seeing her and building rapport that she no longer knew how to treat me and would be looking into referrals for me.
Two weeks later I received a letter stating "To date we have had several conversations in which I have informed you of concerns about changes to your treatment during your recent inpatient stay. Since you elect not to follow me instructions regarding your medication; I am unwilling to continue providing

These reviews are weird. ive been coming here for a few months and i love it. Jennifer Brown is so helpful and so is the receptionist. When I got quarantined i called and they sent my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. It’s normal to be charged when you miss and appointment, you’ll get that at most places, it’s still a business and you wasted their time. I’m definitely going to keep coming here.
Also Jennifer isn’t rude, it’s just her personality. I guess you just can’t be too sensitive and understand not everyone is the same.

I don't know if I want to move to this practice just because Jennifer Cooke(my provider) is moving there. The receptionist Brittany/Britney(the only one there at the time) accused me of being rude when I didn't know she was the only one there. I could tell she was upset because she was crying on the phone and I immediately felt bad. I felt judged in a negative light right away ONLY due to the way I reacted out of not knowing. Even though I apologized, I felt like she denied me the benefit of the doubt and just kept up her stone-faced demeanor. I know these businesses have been overwhelmed during

My Doctor Mrs. Jennifer Brown is an angel. She listens, she understands, she is patient, and never judges you for who you are. Her medical knowledge is amazing and after seeing other doctors, I know she is the one i needed to get better. The front staff is so sweet to me and always kind. Thank you all at Seaside

I was under Jennifer Brown's care for two years and should have left much sooner. My medications were almost always called in wrong and the final time, half of them weren't called in at all and when I took the half that was called in, I was told that I was being dropped as a patient because I took them incorrectly as they were intended to be taken with the other medication that they refused to call in. I could not receive them after about 3 mistakes on the part of the provider which is obviously why I couldn't take them. I can't very well take a medication that I do not have access to because it

Jennifer Brown is excellent. I've seen her for years. Her vast knowledge of neurological issues with Lyme disease and MS have made her key in my therapy. I'm a pharmacist and I've referred several patients who also love her. I highly recommend her.

I was recommended to see Jennifer Brown for medication management and heard great things of her practice. But when I had my first appointment I got a different impression from the receptionist and I felt that Jennifer Brown was very no better. She came off as condescending and rude towards me. I thought maybe rough day for her and shook it off. The second meeting came around and she was exactly the same. The practice has no genuine regard for patients and is very short and rude. Would not recommend

I had great first appointment with Dr. Jennifer Brown. She was very kind and listened well to what I was dealing with. She was throrough with reviewing my family history of mental illness and past medication information. The front desk staff was also very pleasant. I look forward to continuing to see this practice.
