Had several bikes in this shop and bought all my maintenance parts from them been happy with the prices. Last job was new tires chain sprockets few other general maintenance though it came close to $1100 I'm so pleased how the bike feels....like jumping on a brand new bike even though it has some 48k or more miles. Staff is awesome every time I walk in the door.

These guys saved my vacation riding plans! I trailered my bike from Minnesota to the coast of Washington to ride the Olympic Pennisula. Unfortunately it suffered a rock nick that caused a blown out fork seal along the way. I called four other shops who couldn’t get me in for weeks. When the shop in Spanaway heard my situation they told me to bring the bike in ASAP and they’d get me riding. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate them. I had to drive 100 miles from where I was staying to get to them, but they had the job done at opening time the next day. I’ve attached pictures of the decal

Bought my new cbr 250 here in 2012 and now that I traded it for a big boy bike (07 Honda shadow 1100) I bring that here for maintenance and still love the service, although I wanted upgrades they shot me straight and told me it would be a waste of money. Instead of trying to sell me or taking my money for unnecessary work they are more than honest and fair and being on a disability budget I'm more than grateful, I'm a lifelong customer because of their honesty and fairness

Haven't been here in years but I did find a decently priced FLY winter jacket in clearance during summer.
Cons: I ordered a clutch cable, it didn't come for 2 weeks after the said arrival date. I didn't even get a apology, mind you its my daily transportation. Sincere apology would have kept me but its a slap to the face. I hope they have better service now.

Do you self a favor and go anywhere but here‼ I have a $12k Yamaha Carr. That only has a $21.00 balance on it. For those of you that don't know what that is... It's a open line of credit that can only be used at a Yamaha store. It's a credit card. Anyhow... I walked in to get an oil filter and a couple of bikes caught my eye. The sales man walks up to me and says " can I answer any questions for you? " I said sure. Can you tell me about these bikes? He then says like what do you want to know. I said just tell me aboutthem. I don't know anything about these bikes

So within a week my speedometer stopped working. I Googled how to troubleshoot the issue and found it fairly easy so I gave it a shot. Immediately I learned the front axle 4 Allen bolts were loose to the touch... Well maybe 1 was snug. Also the axle bolt/nut was barely torqued, I guess maybe 15 pounds as I could have sneezed while holding the socket wrench and broke it loose. I removed the wheel and speedometer assemble that the axle bolt also goes through and sure enough the washer ears were bent back due to not aligning it correctly when putting the wheel back on. I straightened the tabs and
