Destination Harley-Davidson

Initially my spend of $12k on upgrades was great, picked bike up and was asked to not leave a review until I gave them a chance for any adjustments "come by and we will adjust the bars etc", well that was August 2021 and still not fixed along with a damaged ignition plate from their work on install...Andrew simply doesn't respond, last time (not the first time, not the second time) I left him a message was Jan 11th....today is Jan 31, nothing...

I was in need for a new bike and Destination Is where I got it! Best experience I’ve had buying a Harley! Leroy knocked it out of the park, found the exact Road Glide I wanted and I got a phenomenal deal and I left with the bike I wanted. Best experience I’ve had from sales, to parts, finance, service and management they were all great and super personable. Definitely a repeat customer! I'm not much for leaving reviews but my experience here has prompted me to. I bought my first bike mid November and the service and price I received that day was phenomenal. However since they got a sale from me I have been completely left in the dark. The communication and follow up has been all of non existent. I had ordered a part the day I got my bike with an estimated delivery of 2 weeks and still haven't received my part 2 months later. My license plate and title had been delivered to the store and no one reached out to inform me. The only time I hear anything from them is when

I wanted to give a huge thank you to destination for coming and saving my husband and I today. We hit a huge pothole that was unavoidable and busted both rims. Destination showed up within the hour to pick up two Harleys that were damaged and took them back to the shop to get repaired. Then while we were waiting the wonderful lady at the front desk fixed my Harley account and was extremely friendly. THANK YOU DESTINATION!!

Leroy, Brent, Phil, and Julie were absolutely amazing to work with. I was trying to get on a 21 street Bob but unfortunately the monthly payment was to much. That was absolutely no problem for them they went out of their way to get me a good deal and on a bike that my wife and i are completely infatuated with after only having it for less than twelve hours. We 100% will be back for our future bike and clothing needs. They were absolutely amazing and made things super easy. I have never bought a motorcycle, let alone a brand new vehicle. Leroy helped me with both of those! He helped me get on a brand new bike and was as straight as possible about everything. He didn't hassle me like the normal salesman would. Leroy and Julie explained the entire buying process in great detail and everything I was getting into with each part. This will be one of two reviews to cover both locations. I had went online to schedule a service for my bike as I was leaving on a cross country road trip. I annotated online that I was taking a road trip and needed several things checked and all the fluids changed. They first scheduled me for the Silverdale location and got me in earlier at the Tacoma store. When I dropped it off I gave them a list of things I wanted checked and the service guy took notes.
They finished my bike a few days later and called me to come and get it. When I arrived the bike was outside and I went to settle the

"I would like to thank the team & a job well done. They surprised me & got the Michelin Commander 3 tires that I wanted even though they were on back order. The Legend suspension front & rear made my 2015 Street Glide Special a entirely different bike, I would recommend this upgrade to anyone. The bike rides SO much better in the corners. I will admit I'm not the most avid Harley Davidson geek but I have been to a few Harley Davidson stores over the years with family and I have to admit not all of them are created equal. This particular store though is one of the best ones that I have been to with a wide selection of clothing.... much of it leather of very good quality and of course motorcycles for sale which were very impressive. This Harley Davidson has a restaurant located inside, Lizzie Lou's Two to make the visit at this Harley Davidson store more of a fun, exciting experience.

I purchased a brand new 2014 Electra Glide in May of 2014 here and over the years had some service issues but the owner, Ed Jr. was always responsive about taking care of them. It was this and the amazing service by Dez that motivated me to buy a second Harley Davidson, 2020 Road King Special, from them. While I found other bikes at other HD dealers the customer service on the sale really kept me here at this dealership. Great experience and of course it is an amazing bike, who knows maybe a third is in the near future.

Great experience today building a new 2020 Street Glide Special. Thank Nikki for all your help!! Quick painless buying experience. I was negotiating with Jet City, Eastside and Northwest Harley for this bike and Destination made the deal and gave me the most for my trade.

I have been going to Destination HD for years, the parts Dept is the best, and they know how to treat you. Selection of bikes is unending, and they have a guy there to help with custom parts. Service dept has a quick turn around which is so important when the good weather is here. I try to buy American, so I don't buy many clothing items here. Recently I bought some brake pads off the Harley D national site, they said if I spent over $100 I would get a credit of $20 to spend at the dealer. Destination sent the pads, but no-one knows anything about the $20 credit. Oh well. In the Summer they

Went down to Destination HD to get a bike and I had all my own financing lined up. They were rude AF and would even try to work with me.
They were very unprofessional and bad mouthing other Harley dealerships. The dealership they were badmouthing was the dealer I purchased my bike from. Destination was a total waste of time.

I showed up in the morning on a Thursday, ready to buy a bike. It was "simply" a matter of making up my mind on which one to buy.

The salesman, Phil and Scott, were very patient with me.

I went back and forth for about 5 hours between a fat boy and a fat bob. Finally, I told them what was on my mind and how I felt about the bikes overall. After spending all day trying to get approved for the fat boy, I told them that I felt that the fat bob would fit me better.

Without any fuss, they simply asked me "is that the bike that will make you happy at the end of the day?" I said

New Year, New Bike is the justification. The staff and team at Destination are outstanding. I inquired about a 2020 Low Rider S, response was prompt and I was in the showroom the next day. Thanks to Tony and Brent on the sales floor, they heard me out and wasted no time putting together a winning deal. Week and a half later I was back for a 2020 Road Glide Special. I visited Destination Harley on a Saturday after first visiting their website and using their tool to estimate the trade in value of my bike. The tool estimates a clean trade in value of $15,775 for my 2017 Indian Roadmaster, which I thought was reasonable so I took the bike in to have it appraised and look at Harley's selection of touring bikes. Although I was treated respectfully, and even treated to a free lunch at the on-site cafe, the offer that came back on my bike was unacceptably low at $13,400, more than $2k below what their own tool said to expect.
