They are amazing and soooo fast! We called and asked of they had a battery for our car. They did. We drove over. They tested it 2 different ways and found it had no amps. Cost to replace was about $80 less than what we thought we would end up paying. We were in and out within 10 minutes if that and they were sooo nice!! Really great company and fixed our problem so easily. Will be using them for all future battery needs. :) thank you again!!

I normally don’t post bad views but I don’t want people having the same issue as me, I bought a battery like two months ago and the next day it didn’t work. So I had the same problem for like a week, I end up going to the same man that sold me the battery. He said it was my car but end up giving me another battery for it. I last with that battery in my car for a week and the problem started happening again. Bottom line I came to auto zone to see what was the problem with the car not turning on. They told me it was the battery was NO good!

I went to BB in a Puyallup today for a battery for my Mazda CX-5 today and couldn't be more pleased! Chad explained that the original equipment battery, made by Panasonic, usually don't last more than 3 or 4 years. My Mazda is a 2015. He removed the old battery and showed me on his tester that it indeed was on its last legs. He then put the new replacement battery on the tester to show me the difference in what the readings should be. Chad was super efficient, polite, respectful and pleasant and the entire exchange took no longer than 15 minutes. Above all, I drove away with a new battery

I called and inquired about an issue my car was having. The gentleman who answered was very helpful and told me to bring it in. I did and he met me as I pulled in. I didn't even have to get my baby out of the car! He took care of my battery and got me all squared away in about 10 minutes! He was very kind and easy to talk to! Appreciated his help getting me on my way to take my son to the doctor! I won't ever go anywhere else!

Thought my battery was weak came in and the guy was looking at my issue before I even got out of the car. Turned out it was an issue with my terminal he said he'll take care of it free of charge and fixed the issue right there (I made sure to hook him up anyway) it's nice to see honest people especially when the car world can be shady

He fixed my issue free of charge! He could've bent me over backwards by ripping me off but he was an honest guy and resolved my issues right away! Right when I pulled up, he immediately started working on my battery, testing it etc. Definitely will be back in the future when it's time to buy a new battery!

We have come to this place twice now and have done a lot of shopping around and definitely has the best prices on new batteries for all of your needs. They have a grade for refund and is also conveniently located on Meridian. They don't have the best of hours, considering the close at six but have been satisfied with our last two experiences here. The price definitely is what brings us back considering it is a savings of about 30 bucks to other stores like auto zone and Walmart. There isn't much more to say. They were friendly and helpful. Had my battery die while I was across the street from them, walked over for assistance and the man that had "helped" me was rude, unhelpful, and told me if I wanted his assistance I had to push my car across the street for them to test my battery...REALLY?
Went to Napa auto parts, they tested my battery, supplied me tools to replace it, and sold me a good product with exceptional customer service.

Les Schwab was jam packed, this place was 20 seconds away and I needed a fast replacement. The guy tested my battery, took it out and replaced it in a matter of minutes. I can't speak of the actual quality of their batteries but my car starts now and they have a 5 year warranty on it. Time will tell....
