If there were such an award, Steve Kim would absolutely be nominated with all bets on him taking the win. I've been in real estate for over 20 years now and have had my share of experiences with multiple loan agents. I worked with Steve Kim for the loan and he was absolutely amazing. In a way he did both the jobs of my loan officer as well as my agent, in terms of providing knowledge and guidance. There were issues with the Seller's side, near the close of escrow, that could have caused my rate lock to expire, but Steve made sure that wouldn't happen, and even if it did he made sure I wouldn't pay anything extra by having the Seller pay for the additional charges.

Before being introduced to Steve Kim, I knew absolutely nothing about buying a home.
