Dr. Arnold meets with patients for a 90-minute comprehensive diagnostic interview. She says the extended time is important because, "without a correct diagnosis, the treatment is unlikely to succeed." At the end of the first session, you should have a good understanding of your most important problem; for which Dr. Arnold will recommend a personalized treatment plan for you.

I have been seeing Dr. Arnold for over 10 years now. She is EXCELLENT with women, especially pregnant women. When I started, I had suffered depression/anxiety since childhood, and was unable to hold down a job because of it. I had seen many psychiatrists and therapists, but always found myself disagreeing with what they told me and avoiding them. 2-3 years after starting with Dr Arnold I was working part-time easily, and 10 years later I am working full-time with no problem and raising 2 young children, single. I still have occasional depression 1 or 2 times a year but it doesn’t interfere with

Dr. Arnold is an amazing psychiatrist who really cares and in my experience was caring, listened and helped me resolve some serious issues. She's extremely knowledgeable and yet makes you feel very comfortable. She is kind and sensitive and I would happily recommend her to anyone in search of therapy.

Im putting this on a public forum because I’m not ashamed to say that I have struggled with mental health issues. I’ve had debilitating anxiety and ADHD my entire life. I’ve been on medication before but I’ve never felt as regulated as I have since I started seeing Dr. Arnold. She creates a safe environment where I’ve felt very comfortable. Now I’m seeing the positive effects on my visits with her in every aspect of my life and she is helping me find ways to thrive. This was one of the most bizarre experiences of my life. An MD who diagnosed me with a psychiatric disorder in one visit without any questionnaire or testing and then tried to push drugs on me with too much insistence for me to think she wasn't getting a kick-back. Her experience with anxiety disorders and the accompanying jargon and lingo seemed severely lacking, and her follow-through and follow-up were abysmal. She ignored my repeated attempts to try and contact her for a doctor's note. Cannot fathom all these great reviews.
