Mental Health is just as important as physical health. If not more important as compromised mental health may be manifested in physical problems. As a Psychotherapist, I work with individuals to identify where the trouble lies, how to prevent the pain of their past from holding them hostage from their future.
Wondering if you will ever be free from the negative emotions that paralyze and debilitate you? Are you exhausted from the constant thoughts that parade around your mind, holding your peace hostage? Have you tried counseling and been disappointed in the outcome? Are you afraid of the stigma associated with therapy or wondering what your friends and family will think?
Don't want to discuss your pain with those who are celebrating the very thing causing you distress? Are you struggling with grief, shame, suicidal thoughts, infertility, domestic abuse, anxiety or other women's related issues? Our group sessions start at various times based on participation and need.
Brainspotting locates points in the client's visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. Brainspotting (BSP) was discovered in 2003 by David Grand, Ph. Over 13,000 therapists have been trained in BSP (52 internationally), in the United States, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and Africa.
