If I could give 0 stars I would. Anyone giving this place 5 stars is only doing so to get $5 off their bill which states on a sign that is posted at the drying stations. If you want to know what it's like to get your nails done in NYC come to this place. I left with my nails raw from the lady over cutting the sides of my nails. She also had me move my seat 3 times. My pedicure was approximately 15 mins. I truly had to stop and look around to make sure I wasn't at a airport express nail bar. My nail polish was done so awful I left to go to my normal spot to get them redone. I would recommend

I went to Polish about 2 or 3 months ago with my sister in law and grandmother. Although, the people were very nice and the place seemed clean but their materials are definitely not clean because I got fungus on my toes nails on both feet! Will definitely not be coming back here

The only reason this isn't a one star review is because they did a good pedi. Their manicure was the worst I have ever had!! I wanted a French ombré for my engagement shoot on Monday and I did get a pink and white ombré sns. However there was no cuticle care, nail care, or any kind of clean up from the dip. Plus they didn't open a new container of dip or poor into a smaller dish just for me! Talk about unsanitary!! I have mounds for finger nails and crust all underneath from the dip and rough skin from where it stuck! Absolutely Awful nail care for a pricy salon! I paid $107!!! For

I was here once before and it was great, I had just left the place I was going to for years because they started to rush though the pedis and not do the full things the pedi included. Today was the second time I came here and I had high expectations, the lady that did my pedicure was like rushing through every part, the filing the trimming and the foot scrubbing has my toes raw after I asked multiple times just to not scrub the undersides of my toes anymore. I didn’t get any cuticle pushing so the polish is sitting uneven on my toes right now. I would have rather them just tell me they’re to

I stopped by after eating at a nearby restaurant and Ivy was my tech! I told her I was having a baby girl in a week and wanted something fun. I absolutely loved the colors and she gave me the absolute perfect shape that I asked for. I would definitely recommend Polish and will definitely be returning even though it’s a 30 min drive from my house!

Got my nails done about 4 weeks ago. The first day after, my finger around my nails were kind of swollen and hurt but I think it was nails finally getting manicure and just not knowing what to do and it was only for a few hours. For the first time, my SNS hasn’t chipped at all. The picture is of my nails 4 weeks after. Still looking great!

I went to get pedicures there for my first time at this place and the Asian lady that was doing my pedicures started cleaning the cuticles around my toenails and all the sudden clipped the corners of my big toenail and made them round!!! It was too late to say anything at that point so I was just mad but quiet. (I never been to a place and got pedicures and had someone cut my toenails round) Weeks later I got an ingrown toenails from the way she cut them. Just frustrated over the fact that they just don't care about what a client wants and just do whatever they feel like.

I've been hoping around nail salons lately just to check all of them out. This one did not disappoint! I called and scheduled an appointment and made sure that i could get someone who could do my design. The person that answered the phone was very sweet and made sure everything was correct. The place is a little small but they utilize the space they have for sure! Highly recommend! I got SNS base with gel design and nail shaping 77$ very reasonable with pricing. I usually pay somewhere between 80-90 for 10 nail designs this detailed.

I came in with my mother and sister for pedicures. When the tech, Joann, handed me the menu of pedicure options, she was visibly upset that I wasn't choosing the most expensive option that she kept hovering over with her finger. After explaining the package that I wanted, she continued to try to get me to go with the most expensive package. The technician did a lousy job and had a terrible attitude. No foot massage. She didn't even clean beneath my nails during my pedicure. After polishing them, I noticed multiple spots where my previous nail color was showing. I brought this to her attention

Everyone is raving about their nail techs but Nick and Tina are by far the best. That being said, this doesn't seem like other nail salons where there is only ONE good tech and the rest are learning. You can come here and get anyone. You will leave SLAYED! I am a fan of Polish!

I love Polish! They were so professional and were able to take me as a walk in on a weekday after work. Even though they were busy they still gave me the best service and full attention. I highly recommend them. Very nice and clean environment.

I just moved to Jax. I tried this nail place out and I got a fill and gel, my nails always last for about 3 weeks. Not even a week later my gel chipped I’ve never had gel polish chip on me. Also my acrylics are already lifting. Unsatisfied.

Went for a gel removal and left like this. leftover pieces of gel on my nails still and barely filed anything, you can see all the hang nails. I don’t know how anyone lets a customer walk out looking like this. $12 for this too when most places are $5! I could not believe it when the tech told me to wash my hands and go pay at the counter. I should’ve said something I was just in shock and wanted to leave.

Dope spot. To get to the chair for a pedicure, the walkway is pretty tight to get through. Prices are pretty reasonable giving the times we are living in now.

Very disappointed, the last time I was here a couple of weeks ago Chenda gave me a great pedicure... in town again decided to get another one done. came in and found out Chenda no longer works here and of course they don't know where she went ...asked the receptionist to give me someone as good as she was and she gave me just the opposite, the guy that did my feet was very light handed and acted timid like he really didn't know how to do pedicures at all and it showed/felt like he didn't know what he was doing... feel like I waisted my money today because I'll have to get my

I used to like coming to POLISH, now I don’t know if I will be back.
Positives: They will have you seated quickly and offer beverages.
Negatives based on this experience: There were four people sitting and getting pedicures prior to myself. I was in and out so quickly that 2/4 were still sitting there. When it came to removing my calluses my feet were barely touched. As you can see on the photo, my big toe still has hard skin. I barely received a leg massage with the stones and the towel touched my leg. The towel never stayed on my leg long enough to cool down. I was seated in a pedicure chair

Amazing service, excellent nail art! Michael did an excellent job on my nails-- I like them even better than the photo I showed him. He said it was his first time doing the lipstick shape. Eric did my friend's nails and they also look as wonderful as the photo she showed him. The studio was clean and everyone was very friendly-- the only thing is it was very full when we went at 6:30 so definitely book in advance as I had a to wait a bit for my appointment.

Always a wonderful experience. Techs are knowledgeable and skilled. Service is great. Attention to detail is the key here. Booking appointments are easy and can send notice in text.

they couldn’t do the design i wished and i paid for a black acrylic this costed me 75 dollars expected better you can see light through my acrylic. but what i do like is that they take walk ins that’s it. would not come back

I came back to Vera because I loved what she did the first time. I got another dip nail full set on Saturday, the following day my nails began to break at the tips (they were almond shape) and it created a razor blade on my finger tips. I have a job, so I had to file one down, and then another. Vera stated that she doesn't work on Monday's. I came in to the shop on Tuesday, 2 days later from the date of service. I had filed all my nails done as I kept scratching myself.

I spoke to the receptionist who was very helpful. I was told about a policy, which would normally cover me. But because
