There is a misconception that an arrest is only valid if you are read your Miranda Rights at the time of arrest- NOT TRUE!. The exact wording of the "Miranda Rights" statement is not specified in the Supreme Court's historic decision. The Miranda rights do not protect you from being arrested, only from incriminating yourself during questioning.

Do not call them!!!
I called and spoke to a man named Shane he was very very rude...
Told me how would i know...or be able To help you.
When i got a voicemail from this company this am..
He was very rude and lazy wouldn't even look up anything...
Informed me he works 12 hr days and they only helped females today...
Customer service is key..
No need for someone to talk to me like that..
I will be calling back and speaking to his boss...
Do not call them there are other places that will help you and dont care only about the $$
Clearly this company is only about helping female's out as

Called Vista Bail Bonds this morning and talked to Shane. He handled the call and took care of my bonds need within minutes. Fast and professional service. If you ever find yourself in a situation and need a bail-bonds agent, I highly recommend this company. Thanks Shane, you made the process so less stressful than I anticipated. I appreciate it.

I was arrested last year for some silly argument that My husband and I had. My husband didn't want to continue with our argument, he called police for "domestic violence". He thought they would show up and tell me to leave him alone and take off. (He says that he saw that on many movies he watched.) However, if "domestic violence" was called, CA law mandates that Police takes in one of us. My husband told them to arrest him then, but they took me in since it was my husband who called. It was the most terrifying experience I ever had in my life and I would like to

This review is so important because the individual who helped me (I believe his name was Mark) actually talked himself out of $3500. When my husband, who has no previous record, was wrongfully arrested, I went to Vista Bail Bonds to post a $250 bail. Mark was helpful & through. I had to wait around to try & get my man out when I received a call from Mark (who was monitoring his situation) & I found out that my husband was charged with total crazyness & a $35,000 bail. Mark calmed me down & listened
